Primrose School of West Hefner Pointe

We have loved our experience at Primrose West Hefner, especially this year with Ms. Cherish and Ms. Hanna. They always go above and beyond for our kiddo. They are great with communication and problem solving little things that come up. Our kid is so excited to go to school every day and genuinely loves his teachers. We also really love the curriculum that Primrose runs. Our kid has so much fun at school but we can tell he’s also learning a lot.

Ms. Gay, Ms. Charity, and Ms. Iyanna are the best newborn trio the Primrose Enterprise has to offer!! We started our oldest right at her 2nd Birthday as they cut the tape for this location. So we were admittedly a bit apprehensive to cut the cord with our newborn to “strangers” last year. Being an Active Duty, dual-military household is difficult to not have family we trust nearby. These three have made letting go absolutely seamless!! They’re always so caring and thoughtful. Sending us tons of updates and pictures throughout the day. Super patient with health changes and immune system adjustments. They never complain about early drop offs or later pickups. It truly is like trusting family members with the care of our babies! There aren’t enough stars in the sky to rate this team! Hands down, the best in the biz!! Honestly can’t sing enough high praise for Charity, Iyanna & Gay!! We love them!! They’re no longer strangers.. but actual Family!!

Primrose West Hefner Pointe is a truly phenomenal school. My 3 and 5 year old boys have been here since it’s opening. The school offers an incredible curriculum and has EXCELLENT teachers and leadership who genuinely care about the children and their well-being. We have had such a positive experience and are grateful for the nurturing environment they provide.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Primrose West Hefner. I was a wreck leaving my child with anyone but me honestly. Nothing is more precious or important than my child. Our childcare choice is very important to our family and I can feel/see the commitment to providing a great environment to learn, grow and care for the kids (and the teachers) is made the priority at Primrose West Hefner. The communication from the team from top to bottom is great. Primrose West Hefner has provided great support to our working family and I am VERY grateful.

Beautiful and clean school! Truly such an amazing school with great values! I was nervous how my 2 year old daughter would take it as she was mainly at home with a nanny prior to this, but the team listened to all my concerns patiently and I was pleasantly surprised on how well and quickly my daughter adjusted on her very first day at Primrose! They have all the activities and tools, the teachers truly care. The owners are also super nice and friendly. Mrs. Smith (who we had our tour with) is there and always amazing with communication and helping set your child up for success! Mrs. Nicole, Ms Amy, and Ms Olivia, thank you all, I can tell you guys truly care and it seems like all the teachers and the owners they all truly care and want the best for your child. So grateful to have found you guys and I highly recommend them to anyone! My daughter learned so much after just the first week here and we are so grateful! This is it! Look no further! 💯
