If i could give this daycare more than 5 stars i would my son had been coming to promise learning since he was 4 months old he will be a yr in 2 months and i love the staff here… he loves both brenna and alli!! They tend to his every need and always listen to what i would like changed or done about his schedule the director is amazing always welcoming with a smile early in the morning i love the constant on going activities they do for the kids here 10:10 recommend promises learning
lisly perezSep 13, 2024My son attended this daycare for less than 2 months and was constantly getting suspended and sent home. He is 3 years of age. He’s come home with bruises and other things, and has been to other daycares with no issues, but here he was deemed as destructive and violent….? We have very little of this behavior at home so it came as a shock. Would not recommend this daycare if you plan on having a long term daycare. Complete waste of time.
Zehra HafeezSep 12, 2024We have attended the Promise Learning Center for over 2 years now! My son has thrived in their loving environment. They are continuously checking/re-checking the curriculum and making sure the children are well loved for and learning! My son (4) now has optional homework and family activities sent home in his folder and we really enjoy watching his overall growth since starting ‘Church School’ as we call it! Overall 5 stars for their staff, learning, love, environment! We love church school!

Rebecca BakerDec 27, 2023my daughter has went here since she was about 6 weeks old and is now 16 months old, she absolutely LOVES it! i couldn’t ask for a better daycare and would drive any length of time just for this one! putting your kid in daycare nowadays is so scary but PLA is so caring, loving, and trustworthy. The new director is the best at any position she is put in and has gotten awards for it to show. thank you PLA!
Emily FerticDec 26, 2023We love this center! My daughter used to cry everyday at her old daycare and after moving to Newcastle we decided to give it a shot again. She is now excited to go and tells me all about her day. They've recently made management changes and it has only made things even better. I can see the effort being put into the future of this facility.
