  • Military family. New style of care that took some getting use to, teacher and assistants were nice and kept my daughter safe. What did not sit well with me is finalizing the account when it was my child’s last month. Per policy, I gave 60-day notice that last day would be the 12th day of the month. I was still charged for the full month (autopay) and had to remind the staff that their policy states that families are not responsible to pay after child’s final day, to even get my refund. In addition, they charged me more then half a months fee for 12 days of service. I guess there is no set daily rate so lesson learned is if you choose this provider make sure you end services at the end of the month to avoid an arbitrary fee when leaving during a month. Overall, my child learned a lot I just wish the out processing experience was better.

  • This was our first daycare experience and as we are military and are moving it will be a tough one to beat. This is an amazing daycare where our daughter started when she was only 12 weeks. Knowing she was in such good hands made my transition back to work so much easier. As she has grown, they have taught her sign language and fostered her curiosity for all things. Everyone from the front to the behind the scenes staff were amazing and knew our daughter by name. We loved that she went outside everyday and developed an appreciation for nature! There is nothing we would change and I recommend this daycare to everyone!

  • The building and classrooms at this daycare look great! Clean, bright, and well-stocked, but please look past the surface. The care my child received here was not adequate. Every week, socks or shoes would go missing. That was frustrating but manageable. What wasn’t manageable was the lack of supervision. In just 9 months, my child was bitten 10 separate times by other children, including once on the face hard enough to break the skin. Every time, I was told it’s “perfectly normal” for 2-year-olds and that they have no biting policy. Nothing was done to prevent it from happening again. Yes, toddlers can bite but 10 incidents, with injuries to the face, is not normal. It’s a sign the children aren’t being properly watched and staff aren’t intervening. If you’re considering this daycare, know that while the facility is nice, the lack of action and accountability from staff left my child repeatedly hurt and me deeply disappointed.
