After years of progress and growth there, They decided one day that they couldn't give my son the support he needed and told us not to bring him back. Luckily, we found a public school that is able to provide him the support he needs, and he is now thriving. We were heartbroken for him to be turned away from the first and oldest friends he'd ever made, but we're happy and grateful for his new chapter. I never thought we'd flip the script and find a public school to replace what he was missing at Special Care, but that's exactly what happened, and we couldn't be happier for our child. Special Care started out with good intentions, but his public school is able to provide our child with a more professionally trained and accredited staff who thrive under better pay and student ratios.
