Great place to bring your kids. I love the staff. They’ve definitely got new staff since all these bad reviews My Son loves it.
HannaOct 10, 2025YOU NEED TO READ THIS. My 10 week old attended for 2 days because of what me and my husband saw at pick up each time. Day 1, our son was laying on the floor, propped up on a breastfeeding pillow with milk flowing down the side of face because the girl wasn't paying any attention. Day 2, our son was laying on the floor propped up on a breastfeeding pillow with his head off the edge, PUDDLES OF SPIT UP ON EACH SIDE OF HIM, SCREAMING while his teacher paid him no mind. I told her I was there to get him. This teacher is like 300lbs- leans down and about topples over him while going to pick him off the floor. SHE DIDN'T SUPPORT HIS HEAD/NECK AND HIS HEAD JUST SNAPPED BACKWARD FROM HER YANKING HIM UP. If this is how they treat our child in front of us, how on earth is he being treated when we're not around?? Our son will NEVER be attending Step Into Learning again.
Dominique WeathersJul 7, 2025My son first day was today June 10 ,2025 yes I have a 2 year old that like to hit and throw toys I’m working on my son on getting better he’s a toddler he’s barely going to know anything that quick but for this day care right here just to kick him out the first day and not whiling to work with them tells all you parents that they are not go daycare parents tell me if I’m wrong because I’m doing everything I can to get my kid on the right track
RUDE BOIIJun 10, 2025I thought everything was great and they were gonna give my son a chance his first week there they told me to get him check for autism and he might need a aid because of the way he reacts/acts about certain things . I took that in and was gonna schedule him an appointment so I could be referred to a specialist that knows more about autism. On his 5th day back at the daycare they let me know they were no longer able to help out my son and didn’t give me time to even get him a aid or to get him checked for autism. They would text me on the brightwheel app stating that my son is acting out but as soon as I would text them they wouldn’t reply back . I’ve been messaging them to get some help on getting my $75 refund back but they keep ignoring me . Very unprofessional about how they went about multiple things . My BIGGEST concern is how are you gonna tell someone their kid might be autistic then literally that Monday they return kick the kid out and not allow them to get the help that they need . And all his teacher kept saying is “ my son “ this “ my son “ that but I bet they gave hers a chance . Btw I didn’t get my $75 back and it’s now a credit on the app so it will be sitting there for nothing.
Ashtyn BrownOct 30, 2024Choosing Step Into Learning Childcare for my family was one of the best decisions I've made. The nurturing environment, engaging activities, and dedicated staff, particularly Mrs. DeAnna, have exceeded my expectations. Mrs. DeAnna's passion for childcare shines through in every interaction both with the children and parents, along with her exceptional care and commitment to the children’s development. I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact she's had on Step Into Learning.
victoria fowlerJun 3, 2024This place is fantastic!! These ladies look after my daughter like their own! My daughter has been going there since she was 6 weeks old and will be 3 in November! I love getting updates/pictures/videos etc throughout the day. Kat, Payton, kaylee, and both Micaela and Makayla are the best with my daughter!! My son is also school age and has been going for 2 1/2 years also!!
