  • We came into the center completely honest about my 4 year old son having slight stimulation problems and the director was very helpful and was communicating about triggers in the class and how to curve that, as well as work with him at home. I thought I finally found a daycare to help me until she went on vacation after 6 months in attendance and I rarely saw or heard from her anymore. Which left the teachers who were unskilled, short tempered, and his main teacher I was unable to communicate with due to a language barrier. That's when we went into this last month of problems of my son supposedly being set off EVERYDAY into a uncontrollable rages of spitting and kicking. All that happened over the last month to where we get a message saying they would be starting him on a 4-week behavioral plan, given one warning, then he would be expelled. No papers were printed out saying what would be done in these last 4 weeks, rarely were papers ever signed about problems that were had, and no papers signed at the final pickup. We just received a message the day after all that saying that he is no longer welcomed. So they'll definitely leave you high and dry when they feel like it instead of following through a plan they set in place. As well as tell you that you can only miss 4 days a month, on DHS, which includes days they are closed on holidays or training.

  • This is a great place to take our children. They have excellent teachers and excellent service. The children are well taken care of. They treat them very well and give them a very pleasant education. I met a teacher in that place called Ángeles. She is an amazing person. The children feel very happy with her. Taking my son to daycare every day and realizing that my son is well taken care of and happy makes me very happy because I realize that my son is in good hands.. Muchas gracias maestra Ángeles

  • They Treat the younger children poorly, especially the ones who can’t talk it seems. I witnessed a teacher pushing a toddler and told the director- that same teacher Ms Payton was “teacher of the month” shortly after that occurrence. I advise you do NOT leave your children here especially younger children who can’t talk. My five year old also let me know she witnessed teachers dragging my son and other toddlers on the floor by the arm and throwing them down onto the floor for time out. + yelling at all the kids. My son came home with horrendous bruises and bite marks almost every week it was something. And only half the time they had explanations. Also a lot of lack of supervision it seemed. Now he’s been placed in a new center because his bruises got so bad, it has taken a more serious turn. Please be careful with this daycare. They will lie to your face while they treat your child horribly.

  • The director has caused me to pull my child out of this center. At first she seemed nice but after her using my child's milk that was brought specifically for her on other children and also arguing with me about stuff involving my child I have worked in plenty of daycares and never experienced anything like what she has done or how she talks to her teachers.

  • My son has gone there for the past year, and I have had nothing but bad experiences with this facility. There were so many red flags that I ignored because I needed childcare desperately and every place I called had a waitlist. The employees go barefoot in the classrooms often, so do the children. My son has had a cough and a runny nose consistently for the past year, and just from being somewhere else, he has gotten better. It also seems as if the teachers do not wipe the children down after meals or at all during the day; my son has come home from daycare with snot dried from chin to forehead, and food stuck in his hair. Please send your child(ren) elsewhere! This facility is severely understaffed and very unprofessional.
