Where to even start off? This place has been a God send for my son. We previously had him in an in home daycare where he was seemingly always the only one in trouble. I know my son isn't an angel but I also know he doesn't always start things either. When I expressed all of the things that had happened at his previous facility to the team at Tri City they didn't even bat an eye. I have been told several times how much a good kid he is there and he loves it there to the point where when we get close he goes "Mommy that's my school!" They work with all types of behaviors and teach them the things that most I feel don't. With the added benefit of having an app to be able to check up on him and receive notifications on what they have done throughout the day with pictures makes it even better. Coming from someone who refused to put him an actual facility until he was 3 this place has made an impact on my highly energetic son who thrives in a place that has the structure this facility has. He will go until he can't anymore! Thank you Tri City for doing what is supposed to be done in a daycare facility and bringing me peace knowing that he's in good hands!

Being a new mom and nervous about moving to a public daycare was very nerve racking. This place my baby absolutely loves and is taken care of. Every morning when dropping off my kid is so excited to be there with his teachers. Definitely is a family feeling environment ❤️

I have tried other facilities in Newcastle, none compare to the care we receive at this establishment. My children go happy and leave squishing their teachers with giant hugs. They communicate everything, even if it’s just to let you know your child has had a good day. They have a curriculum, so when my children are not in school they are still learning and being stimulated. I have personally watched teachers get down to my child’s level and explain to them how they should have made a better choice when my child has done something they shouldn’t have. I love the staff here and feel confident leaving my children with them

So thankful to have found this place for both of my kids! When we moved here, we started at another facility close by and knew we had to make a change quickly. We set up a tour and before we left, we knew that is where we would stay. My daughter has learned so much since being there. She was having some behavioral issues with the transition from the move and the last 2 daycares but they were patient and loving to help her make it through until she was comfortable! My son was born with a cleft lip so required special bottles and ointment for his scar. They were great about doing everything he needed! I see so many smiling pictures and love to see that they are thriving in a place where they are loved! So accommodating for the needs of each kid, very communicative, and always willing to hear your concerns or fix anything that you feel like specifically meets the needs of your child. Ms. Jodie, Ms. Chrissy, Ms. Misty, and Ms. Avery are names that float around our house that my daughter cannot wait to see at school the next day! We cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is fantastic! We have tried several daycares in the area and was super thankful when Tri City Child Development opened! My boys have a great time every time they attend. The summers are a blast and it’s a great feeling to know that my children are getting to have a full summer while I’m working. Thank you for all you do for not only the children in your daycare but the community as a whole!
