I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here with my daughter. I moved her in the middle of a potty training regression and Miss Halley and Miss Jordan helped so much with re-training her! She’s expanded so much socially and with her fine motor skills since the switch, she loves her new teachers in the Preschool classroom!

Our daughter has been attending here for several months. Everyone from the directors to the staff have been incredible. Our daughter loves going, and as parents, we love the updates we get during the day. Thank you all for all you do for the kids, and for your teachers! We are so glad this place feels like an extension of home.

We have been so happy with our son’s experience here. He has been here from about 1.5 to 3.5 years old, and the growth we have seen has been amazing. I love getting updates and pictures throughout the day on their app, and I really appreciate the enrichment phonics program he’s in, plus the weekly soccer. Most importantly, I feel safe and at peace leaving my son here. On weekends, he asks about his teachers and his daycare friends, which says everything to me. We are so grateful for this place and the care they give our child.

We absolutely love West Edmond KinderCare! From the moment we enrolled, the entire staff has been welcoming, caring, and professional. The teachers go above and beyond every single day to make sure the kids feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. A special shout-out to Ms. Shelby, the director, who is truly outstanding! She has such a positive energy and genuine care for each child. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in how happy and confident the kids are in her center. Every teacher we’ve interacted with has been incredible — patient, kind, and dedicated to helping each child grow. I am grateful for Ms. Ada, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Hudson. I noticed there is a constant rotation of teachers which has caused confusion in shift hand offs. There have been two instances now where my daughter was not fed. Either it was because they lost her bottle or because they didn’t see a time written down for her next bottle. I question the cleaning practices of KinderCare. My daughter’s clothing is always soiled by the end of the day with her bodysuit arms, knees and feet darken from whatever it is she is laying on. It’s clear that the rugs and play mats are not cleaned regularly. There have been a few times during drop off where the 4:1 ratio was not being adhered to. One teacher for 7 infants, two of which a newborns, is awful. It’s concerning that there never seems to be consistent coverage in the morning. Many times have I seen newborns left to cry whether due to lack of staff or unclear priorities from the caregivers. My daughter has been pulled and is now going to creme de la creme. The difference is astounding.
