  Finding Beginnings preschool was like finding a hidden gem. It’s Bend’s best kept preschool secret! Everything about Beginnings is above and beyond- from the storyline style of teaching with weeks of themed learning, including astronauts and outer space, castles and dragons, Peter Rabbit, and the Wampanoags, to the daily journal writings as well as science on Thursdays and cooking on Fridays, this preschool is everything a child needs to thrive in their first introduction to school. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

  This is by far the best preschool I have ever come accross! Mrs Sally goes above and beyond preschool learning. Each theme she incorporates a world that the kids get to experience with play and hands-on learning creating an atmosphere where the kids retain the information so easily. The thought process behind everything she does with the kids is incredible. They will be far beyond kindergarten entry level when they leave this school. I love hearing what my daughter has to share when she comes home each day. I also feel safe, leaving my child there because everything is locked down so securely!

  I absolutely love Beginning’s Preschool! The small class size makes such a difference. The teachers are incredibly attentive, creative, and truly know each child. My daughter is already starting to read and write, which has been so exciting to watch. They balance learning with lots of active play, and I especially love that the kids cook together on Friday, such a fun and practical life skill! Feeling lucky to be part of this sweet, nurturing community. Highly recommend!

  Mrs. Sally and Beginnings bend was the best thing to happen to my son! Her curriculum and teaching style is beyond anything else offered in the area! My son is so advanced and top of his class in Kindergarten! He entered kindergarten reading while others were still learning letters. Mrs. Sally offers such a great price with the best education available in this town. It truly was a god send for us and so thankful for our experience! I would recommend this preschool to anyone and know that you and your child will be taken care of!

  We LOVE Beginnings preschool. Miss Sally and Miss Teri are so gentle and kind, but also challenge my son to grow and learn. My son has learned so much in his several months there and he's excited to go to school everyday. I love their approach to learning - it's logical, age appropriate, and backed by many years of experience by both teachers. I also love that they teach bible stories. My son often comes home with questions about God and what He can do, and how He works; it's so exciting to see him think this through! 5 out 5, no doubt.

  Beginnings Preschool is a fantastic school. Mrs Sally and Mrs Teri are passionate, creative, caring and put such thought and intention into every lesson. My son was excited to go to school every day and frequently asked to switch to full time. I was so impressed with how much he grew both socially and academically in the year that he spent at Beginnings. He is thriving in kindergarten now, in huge part due to how he well Mrs Sally and Mrs Teri prepared him. I am so thankful for the curiosity and love of learning that they sparked in him, the confidence that he gained in new skills and the introduction they provided to science... which has become his favorite subject. If you are looking for a preschool in Bend I cannot recommend Beginnings Preschool more highly!!!
