  • The teachers are exceptionally caring and make our son feel safe and loved every single day. Communication with his teachers is fantastic. We constantly receive pictures and videos of daily activities, playtime, and funny moments, which gives us great peace of mind. The environment is wonderfully balanced—it doesn’t feel chaotic, but rather open, structured, and fun. Our son truly enjoys the activities they do together. We deeply appreciate the open conversations we have with his teachers and the personalized attention they provide. We recommend this wonderful community!

  • We started our daughter at BRECA at 7 weeks old just a couple of months ago. As first-time parents, we greatly appreciated the friendly, caring, loving support of the BRECA Bend team. Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Anita, and Ms. Lilly update us throughout the day on the app and send us so many photos/videos of our little which eases how much we miss her during the day and captures moments we were not present for. The team communicates regularly via message to let us know things before they could possibly even become a problem (ex - "difficulty transferring to crib for nap" so you know how exhausted little one will be when she comes home). All of this is closely overseen by the on sight manager, Meg, whom always greets you as you arrive and is just as warm and kind as the teachers. Their goal is to help parents feel their child is cared for, watched over, and loved - mission accomplished. ❤️

  • We had our son from age 2yo to 3yo stay at BRECA and our daughter from 4mos-12mos there. Main reason we went to BRECA is they provide infant care so then our daughter could be at the same location as our son. TLDR, it is a spot that I would say is in a way glorified babysitting that does the bar minimum at the same rates as other daycare locations Positives: The teachers do care about the children, so for the most part they are safe Negatives: - The daycare is ran in a chaotic manner, they don't really seem to give the teachers the tools to help the children develop well from fine motor skills to emotional and educational skills for later on development. - Our son took a dip in his emotional processing. They enable limited supervised play, which led to our son engaging with bigger and older kids who inevitably took advantage or taught words that he couldn't comprehend such as "kill, or don't play with girls" (when we switched daycares, he right away stated his friends no longer hit or say mean things) - lack of care when it came to navigating play times across multiple ages - this daycare takes a lot of time off for "training days" so expect any holiday weekend to include an additional days off - they don't provide meals - high turn over with staff (major red flag) - staff isn't paid for holidays when the school shuts down - material for teaching is lacking, they claim to have structured programs but were unable to share what those were - the claim to teach ASL but they didn't really use it - front door is not locked, we entered multiple times when no one was in the office monitoring - wasn't a ton of natural light going into the building - felt less sanitary than I would hope for
