Starting my daughter here when she was just three months old was nerve-wracking, but from day one, the staff put us completely at ease. The care and kindness shown to her—by everyone, including support staff—is genuine and consistent. The environment is calm, nurturing, and thoughtfully Montessori, not just a typical daycare. She’s encouraged to explore, learn, and grow independently, and it shows. She’s now a happy, confident, caring little one, and we couldn’t feel better about where she spends her days.
Nikki RodriguezJan 12, 2026Our experience at Guidepost Hillsboro was great, our kid loved their time there with teachers and friends. Our kid learned a lot in it's diverse environment. The school is pretty new and the facilities are very well kept. The director and staff are very caring and looking to create an enjoyable experience for kids and parents.
Helen NunezAug 13, 2025I don’t know what I’d do without them, because they’re so awesome. Our kid loves this place (and only this place) because of the teachers, their curriculum, and how well maintained and aesthetically pleasing the place is. It’s like a second home for the kiddo. The director and the teachers we’ve been through have been phenomenal. While it’s reassuring to hear that Guidepost is taking an approach to focus deeply on few branches rather than an outward approach to have many branches, I sincerely hope they continue to support this great branch. I’ll do my part to help refer them to people we know. If there is anything else we can do to help support the branch, we’d be more than happy to do so.
Manju RMay 1, 2025Guidepost Montessori at Hillsboro has been a wonderful experience for my 4-year-old. The secure premises and friendly staff make drop-offs stress-free. The teachers are incredibly welcoming and attentive to my child's needs, fostering growth in both social skills and independence. The Montessori approach encourages hands-on learning, allowing my child to explore at their own pace. I've seen significant improvements in their confidence and problem-solving abilities. Communication with the school is excellent, with regular updates on my child's progress. I highly recommend Guidepost Montessori at Hillsboro for any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.
Nikolas CortinasSep 24, 2024Our 3 year old has been enrolled at the Guidepost Montessori Hillsboro location for a little over 4 months with the Children’s House program and we could not be happier with our experience. Our daughter had limited interaction with kids her age prior to enrolling here so our main goal initially was focused on her socialization. Ms. Shelby and the Children’s House team have been so attentive with our daughter, from the first tour to everyday drop off and pick up. She has come such a long way in a short amount of time with her social skills, language, and behavior in new situations/around new people. We appreciate receiving updates in person, through the app, and through weekly class newsletters. The entire Hillsboro team has been welcoming from the start and we are grateful for the care and kindness they demonstrate consistently with our daughter and the community of families here. We will be moving back to our home state in the near future and are sad to be leaving such a wonderful team and daycare. We would highly recommend Guidepost Montessori Hillsboro to anyone looking to enroll their child in a daycare or preschool program.
G KubrussiJul 13, 2024Our daughter has attended this guidepost location since they opened in October and we couldn’t be happier. She started in their Nido classroom for babies and has since graduated to young toddler. Throughout every step of the way she has been supported and nurtured. She has been encouraged to grow and explore and given opportunities to test her abilities and boundaries. The educators who work there are so supportive and have empowered her to learn and grow alongside her peers. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The system they use to communicate with parents which includes photo updates, check-ins and progress trackers made for an easier transition when we first started after parental leave. We still love getting a chance to see updates throughout the day. They also provide opportunities for parents to participate in school activities so you can stay connected to your child’s classroom. You really can’t go wrong with choosing guidepost!
