Only send your children here if you are comfortable with the admin keeping it silent that Hand-Foot-and mouth disease are running rampant through the students. For 2 weeks parents were not notified of a rather contagious sickness going around. They want your money but do not provide a safe service in exchange. Run away from this school
Ross BurneyJan 30, 2026This school is excellent—our 3 daughters attended, the teachers are outstanding, and the head of school is kind and well-organized. However, families should be aware of significant issues with Guidepost Corporate (GGE). We have been waiting more than 72+ days for a substantial deposit refund for services never provided. GGE has shown no urgency, offers no prioritization, and communication has been essentially nonexistent. There is much for GGE to improve on—if they expect parents to pay premium Montessori fees, they must show that same level of monetary respect in return. In short: a terrific school, but a deeply flawed corporate system.

There is a great community of teachers and parents here, with well organized events and detailed newsletters and updates so you feel connected to your children throughout the day.

Amy, the Head of School, is fantastic—always approachable, supportive, and truly cares about the families. Our daughter’s Lead Guide, Maya, is amazing with the children and creates such a warm and engaging classroom environment. We feel so grateful to have both of them guiding our daughter’s growth and learning!
Mateo TrujilloAug 25, 2025Our 2 year old daughter attends this school and we couldn't be happier with the space, curriculum and staff. The enrollment process was easy and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The school and curriculum overall seem really organized as well. We get pictures everyday showing the types of "work" that our daughter does during the day, such as washing windows, sorting shapes, putting puzzles together, painting at the easel, etc. She does between 5-9 concentrated activities per day! Guidepost Montessori South Beaverton doesn't just watch our daughter during the day, they are teaching her self-reliance and responsibility and stimulating her growing brain in a way that is age-appropriate and rigorous. She also has a great time! We couldn't recommend this place more!
Neil MedeirosAug 20, 2023Our daughter has been attending Guidepost since she was 2 and absolutely loves this place. The teachers and so caring and the staff is beyond helpful. Her learning experience has also been great and she has become very independent. I would highly recommend this school.
