  We sent our son there and had a wonderful experience. You could tell that the staff genuinely cared for the kids. We loved that they had “field trips” to the library and nearby parks. We were crushed when we moved. I highly recommend this daycare

  Kiddie City has met all of my expectations. The teachers are loving, kind, and supportive. My child started at 1 y/o and has been there for about a year now. He absolutely adores his teachers and little pals hes made while there. My child comes home babbling about how much he loves KC everyday and is always excited to go each morning. They provide educational and developmental opportunities and are always attentive to my child. They use brightwheel to document everything they do each day and you get real time updates with full transparency. All of my questions are always answered with thoughtful responses and you can tell all of the staff truly care. I would never send my child somewhere I could not trust and this place puts my mind at ease. They are always following a schedule/routine which kids thrive on. I have personally witnessed their detailed cleaning and organizational routines which is a must for childcare providers. Like any facility you will choose, illness is a part of it and KC handles children getting sick, cleanliness around it, reporting to parents, etc with full transparency and care. I wholeheartedly recommend KC for the most fun and supportive environment. 💕

  We have been at Kiddie City's Parkdale location since they first opened and have had a great experience. Our son (now entering his final year of pre-school there) absolutely loves the teachers, the space and his friends. They do a great job of making learning fun and are always so creative with their lessons. The management of KC is very responsive and collaborative. They have worked really hard to start a much needed resource in our small community and have been very open to feedback from parents and are always improving. Recently, in response to some of us parents, they started a Parent Advisory Committee to more regularly check-in with parents and make sure that our perspectives are heard.

  my daughter has been with kiddie city since she was 10 months old, and I couldn't ask for a better caring staff. She adjusted so easily and now that she's almost 3 she comes home everyday talking about how much fun she had. I also LOVE the app they use and all the updates and pictures I get through out the day.

  Well established child care center filled with qualified, dedicated and loving individuals who strive to do what’s best for children of all ages! I can always count on my daughter to be well fed with a balanced home cooked meal and snack made with love from their in house kitchen! Kiddie city has an amazing ap that you can follow along to see what your child has had for the day, the activities they participated in and even potty breaks for the younger kiddos. Cara and her crew really excel in their love of what they do. I am forever thankful to know that we have an amazing child care facility in the community to lean on when in need! Thank you for all you do, Kiddie City!

  Love kiddie city. My daughter has flourished there. They always have the greatest arts n crafts they do with the kiddos. My daughter is always so excited to show daddy her creations. Great team of teachers!! Always have my support!!
