  We entrusted this childcare center with our child for over a year. Initially, we were impressed by Nunzia’s warmth, attentiveness, and how well our child adjusted. He was happy, made close friends, and we appreciated many aspects of the care provided. Throughout our time, there were occasional minor concerns, but we considered them part of the normal daycare experience. Communication was generally good, which made what happened next all the more upsetting. Without warning or prior discussion of any concerns, we received a termination notice. Nunzia declined to speak with us directly, even though we had seen her less than two hours earlier at pickup. Her demeanor abruptly shifted from friendly to distant, and she refused to provide any explanation for the termination—citing only that the contract allowed her to end services without cause. We repeatedly asked, respectfully, for clarification—not to challenge the decision, but to understand what had changed and to learn for the future. We were told there was “no reason,” which felt dismissive and deeply disheartening after a year of mutual trust. To her credit, she did issue a prompt refund for the upcoming month. Still, the lack of transparency and sudden nature of the dismissal left us feeling hurt and confused. It’s difficult to reconcile this with the positive experience our child had. Had we been given a reason—any reason—we would have accepted it, even if it was difficult to hear. But being left without closure, especially after entrusting someone with our child for so long, felt like a betrayal. We can no longer recommend this provider based on how our time there ended.

  We love Nunzia’s Childcare. We have been taking our child to the day care for about three months now and we love it! Our child has had separation anxiety but he is very happy at the day care. He feels loved and safe. Nunzia (provider) is meticulous. The facility is absolutely neat and clean. We receive timely updates of his meals and pictures of foodtime and playtime which is fun to see. Our child has already learned so much and looks forward to meeting his teacher and friends everyday.

  We highly recommend Nunzia! Our infant son adores her and he has thrived under her care. She has decades of experience and she truly enjoys looking after children. She is organized and reliable, and she has a great space for learning and play, including an outdoor area.

  Nunzia has been my childs daycare provider for almost a year and I wouldn't want anyone else watching her. Nunzia is patient and kind and loves the children. We get photos throughout the day to let us see them having fun and learning. Her home is clean and safe and takes extra precaution when it comes to COVID guidelines. I trust Nunzia and knows she only wants what is best for the children. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a in home daycare.

  We were nervous leaving our little one at day care. Our daughter has been with us for her entire first year. We met Nunzia and knew our daughter would be in good hands. Great communication throughout the day, fun to get pictures of the children playing outside during the day. Facility set up is great, reliable and clean. We really like Nunzia taking the proper precautions and following Covid guidelines at her daycare. She makes sure the children and their parents are safe. We would leave our other children with Nunzia in the future. Thanks Nunzia!
