keep your kids away from here. staff are awful and your kids will come home crying begging to not bring them back there.
AmandaJun 18, 2026Just want to say a very big thank you for Nancy and all the staff attending, sometimes it may look like it can get rough but I’m glad to know everyone @Kindercare are actively attending matters the best way they can.
Jonathan EscobarApr 20, 2026My wife and I always considered ourselves quite over protective. We spent countless hours researching, reading reviews, attending walk throughs and debating the best options for our daughter. It wasn’t easy for us to find a daycare we could trust, but the moment we met Mrs.Nancy and her staff, all our worries melted away. From the very first interaction, we were welcomed by a warm and caring staff who made us feel like we were part of their family. They took the time to listen to our concerns and ensured that every aspect of our daughter’s care was personalized to make her feel safe, happy, and loved. Their communication with us is always top-notch, keeping us updated throughout the day, which truly puts our minds at ease. The KinderCare staff have shown nothing short of dedication and compassion. Our daughter is not only well cared for but genuinely enjoys her time there, which is a relief for us as parents. They’ve created an environment that feels nurturing and supportive, and we can tell our daughter has thrived in their care. We’re so thankful to have found this KinderCare location that not only meets our high expectations but exceeds them. It’s a place where we feel our daughter is safe, loved, and protected, and for that, we will always be grateful. Thank you, Mrs.Nancy, Teacher Dylan, Ms.Katy and all of their staff for making us feel like family.
Adrian AguirreMar 18, 2025Hello Nancy, I just want to send you and your wonderful staff the biggest THANK YOU! our daughter has only been there for 4 days, and it is already a night and day difference from our previous daycare. Prior to coming to Kindercare there had been a number of red at her old school. She stopped talking about the other kids, and she would say things like “teacher is mean” or “X kid was bad today. Then, she started to regress in her potty training. She started to act ashamed about accidents and embarrassed when we would try to get her to go. That is not the case here! Each of the 4 days she had been with you, she has come home happy, she says she loves her teachers, and she is talking about her friends at her new school. Today, after our morning potty, she told me she wants to wear big girl underwear, and doesn’t want to go potty in pull-ups anymore! We have had a successful potty break and a tiny accident, but we made sure that she knew it was okay. Thank you so so much! It means the world to us to know that our daughter is happy, and well taken care of! Your staff is amazing! Thank you!
Jonathan WidmarkApr 2, 2023My son has been going to this daycare since he was 6 months old. I too, thought that this was an exceptional daycare until 2 weeks ago (3/14/23). My two year old toddler was able to breach a gate and make it to the sidewalk, inches away from the parking lot where he could have been snatched or hit by a car. Not even two weeks now and my two year old walks out of the building two days in a row! He walked out of an unsecured door. And their course of action is to EXPEL my TODDLER for his "behavior". If you care about your family's well-being, stay far away from this place. They only care about their licensing. Not once did they offer an apology that something serious could have happened to my son. CPS and corporate Kindercare is launching investigations for child endangerment.
Daren WanamakerApr 1, 2023If I could give more stars, I would. Its never an easy decision to enroll children in day care and then choosing the right one is even harder! I definitely feel like Powell KinderCare was the right choice. The staff all feel like family and my kids absolutely love their teachers! My son is two and has come out of his shy little shell so much and I'm blown away every day by the things he is learning. My daughter will be one in July and she lights up with excitement when I drop her off and has reached so many milestones since she started here in October. We are so happy that we found a place with people we trust who care about our kids!
