We couldn’t be happier with A Bright Day from the moment we walked in for the tour, we felt welcomed like family. The teachers are incredibly loving and attentive — they greet my 2-year-old by name every morning and send daily photos/updates that make drop-offs so much easier. Our daughter comes home happy, singing new songs, and excited to tell us about her day. The classrooms are bright, clean, and full of fun activities. If you’re looking for a place where your child is truly cared for like their own, this is it! Highly recommend to any Philly parent. ❤️
MarioJan 11, 2026RUN! RUN! RUN AWAY!! I’ve been going to this daycare for roughly 6yrs. I paid out of pocket, and I kept taking my children because it was convenient but I regret it. Please don’t make my mistake!!! Reviews say it’s a beautiful facility. That is a lie. The carpets are dirty and so are the bathrooms are dirty. The floors looks like they use the same dirty mop over and over. Some staff are wonderful and others are just plain rude, unprofessional and disrespectful and there are no consequences for their behaviors. The administrator Anna has no backbone and she’s unprofessional herself. She seems nice, but she’s not compassionate, not understanding and she’s judgmental. I am a domestic violence survivor and they’ve shown me zero compassion. They just added more trauma to my life. I’m the parent who was paying for the daycare, and they managed to side with my perpetrator. They gossiped about my personal problems with staff. They went along with my perpetrator’s smear-campaign, which was reflected at an altercation I had with a staff member name Deisha! Beware of her. At first, she was kind but eventually she became nasty, rude and unprofessional. During the challenging moments I was having of juggling custody while trying to remain safe and alive from my perpetrator, Deisha accused me of bringing my personal problems to the daycare. She accused me of being unprofessional. Mind you, I’m the parent and she’s she employee. She said I was crazy and claimed I was stalking the daycare. I was just trying to see my child, given the fact that I have full rights and I’m the parent who paid for the service. There was no custody agreement in place at the time of this incident. Deisha accused me of being crazy and said that I was stalking the facility. This was the same narrative my perpetrator used on me. When I went to pick up my child’s belongings, they suspended my passcode to the door without my knowledge. Unprofessional, unkind and passive aggressive. Again, I’m the parent that paid for the service-not my abuser. The administrator Anna sided with Deisha and did not give her any consequences, right-ups…nothing. Anna accused me of not caring enough of my baby because I wasn’t calling the daycare every day. This is a contradiction because her staff Deisha accused me of being a stalker. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DAYCARE. Your business will be shared and staff will gossip.

Tamuna KolbaiaAug 2, 2025This gem was one of the first I visited for my 20-month old and we literally fell in love at first sight! It's a beautiful facility and the staff is friendly. My child is getting quality care and with check-ins and pics via an app almost every hour I know exactly what's going on.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects A BRIGHT DAY EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
