  • We are newer to the ALC in Palmer and already love it. I’m looking forward to my son having a fantastic summer filled with field trips and fun at the pool. I’m grateful to Mr. Ace that really invests time into helping the kids get along and show respect to one another. I have already been telling other families to consider enrolling. So if you want your child to enjoy their time while you work, this is the place.

  • My son had Mr Nate and Miss Maddie as his primary teachers and they are absolutely amazing? They have so much patience and If it wasn’t for them and their efforts and abilities I don’t think my son would be potty trained. My youngest has Ms Grace and Ms Xiara and they are absolutely wonderful! They are very responsible, very respectful and they really treat him like he is so loved and so wanted there. Never had an issue, my son still cries when I drop him off but they handle it so so well!! MmmHighly recommend

  • Our family has had a wonderful experience with Active Learning Centers: Palmer. My twins have been attending since 2023 started with Jade, Graces, Laura,Omni and now with Mr.Nate and Miss Matty. Also my daughter has also been part of the After School Program and Summer Camp since 2023. The teachers and staff are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Over the years, I’ve seen my children develop academically, socially, and emotionally in a positive and supportive environment. The After School Program and Summer Camp have been amazing for my daughter, providing fun, educational activities and a safe place where she enjoys spending her time. The communication with parents is excellent, and the staff always makes us feel like part of the family. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know that all three of my children are in such caring and capable hands. I highly recommend Active Learning Centers: Palmer to any family looking for quality childcare, after-school care, or summer programs. I would also like to give a special thank you to Jocelyn for always taking the time to listen to my concerns and support my family. Your guidance, understanding, and dedication have meant so much to us over the years. Thank you for helping me navigate challenges, especially with my twins, and for the patience, care, and encouragement you have shown them—particularly Sadiel. Your commitment to every child and family does not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for everything you do.And also Brianna :) and Jessica even though she left us lol Thank you for everything you do for our children! ❤️❤️❤️

  • thrived here — they are excited to go every morning and come home happy, cared for, and full of stories about their day. The staff truly go above and beyond to make every child feel loved and supported. A special shout-out to Maddie, Nate, Jada, Omi, Gifty, and Laura. — each of them brings such kindness, patience, and energy to everything they do. You can tell how much they genuinely care about the kids, and it shows in how well they know each child’s personality, needs, and interests. The communication with parents is excellent, the environment is clean and nurturing, and the activities are fun and educational. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our children are not only safe but truly happy. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and joyful environment!

Questions parents ask about ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER

Is ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103109124-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Northampton County. The current certificate runs to June 14, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 6, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 14.

Does this page show inspection results for ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects ACTIVE LEARNING CENTERS PALMER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
