My child went to this daycare for 2 years and I pulled her out after hearing allegations of physical and verbal abuse. I spoke with 2 staff members that had left and another parent and immediately removed my child as they confirmed my fears. For the pros, the center is clean, and rarely closed unexpectedly. The cons - communication about your child’s daily activities, if they napped/ate lunch, or their behavior was limited to none. They made staff and process changes without letting anyone know. Many times the staff would speak to the children in a frustrated, impatient tone while parents were present, leading me to worry how they spoke to the kids when parents weren’t around. The 2 teachers that quit confirmed my fears that children are yelled at and gripped up when not listening. They did a new behavior process without letting any of the parents know until their child lost out on “extra curricular activities.” Some of the teachers are good but most seem like they don’t like their job. When I spoke to the director about my concerns in my child’s 4 year old preschool teacher Miss Beth and her bad attitude, I was told she would speak to the teacher but that she’s not aware of what happens in the classrooms as if she’s not the owner. The lack of accountability and communication always had me uneasy but care is hard to find and they were right down the street from me so we kept my daughter there until we had more solid evidence of mistreatment.
