  • We send our 2 and 6 year old here and they love it. They helped us out a ton when our previous daycare closed with short notice and they were available. That was about 3 years ago. Some key highlights: When we first moved here, our oldest was three. He was still getting the hang of potty training and the other daycare had basically not done anything to help his learning process. Once he started here they helped significantly. He also used to cry almost every morning at the other daycare due to the high volume of kids and how loud it would be (overstimulating). This place is entirely different. While it can certainly get loud, the classrooms are all very well split up and have a reasonable "child to teacher" ratio. Our youngest has also enjoyed the entire time growing up here from baby to toddler. And the teachers have been great in coordinating various "specialists" that come in to see him once in a while. Finally, now that the oldest is jn Kindergarten, the biggest plus is the before/after school care they provide. I can drop him off in the morning with his brother, the school picks him up at Allie Alligator in the morning and Allie Alligator has their own bus to pick up the kids after school. Not only is the before/after care great, but during the recent bad weather, Haine was closed for a week for remote learning, but Allie Alligator was open. And Miss Megan (the school age teacher) managed to keep him and another 12 kids on track and learning during their class times. Being able to still take him in when the school was closed was a HUGE relief because if not, either my wife or I would have had to taken at least a couple days off work. Mr. Dom, who now oversees the center, has been working very diligently to get everything back on track to make sure this center operates at the necessary levels. He had taken over when there were some paperwork compliance issues, but he has been aggressively working toward correcting all of those. Regardless of any "behind the scenes" issues, everything at this center has been wonderful for both of our boys.

  • We had our kids here for several years but recently pulled them out of care. When we started it was a great center with very engaged teachers, but the quality of care has decreased rapidly. Teacher turnover is exceptionally high, only two teachers are left from when we started, and staff are clearly not properly supported and not receiving adequate training on child safety. Two teachers have been charged with assault in the past month and there was no communication to parents about the incidents and no accountability by the owner. The way parents were gaslit is disturbing.

  • We had our 3 year old son in this day care for the past 1 year. He talks good about MsKeri and MsKristina all the time. This is because of the wonderful care given by the team. Great job AllieAllegator team!!!

  • Our daughter started at Allie Alligator when she was just 3.5 months old. We truly loved her teachers—they’ve been wonderful, caring, and loving toward her. However, the lack of action from management has been incredibly disappointing and frankly, heartbreaking. Since April 1st, our now 14-month-old daughter has been bitten over 10 times. Of those bites, four broke the skin, one led to a thumb infection that she’s still dealing with today, she was bitten twice in one day just two weeks ago, and today, she was bitten in the face. We know toddlers bite—it’s developmentally normal—and we were more than understanding of a couple of incidents. But at this point, she is sustaining bites every week, sometimes multiple times per week, and it’s gotten to the point where we fear for her safety every time we drop her off. After about the fifth bite, we brought our concerns to management and were told a “plan” was in place and that they were working with the parents. We’re now almost a month out from that conversation, and nothing has changed. In fact, the bite pattern has gotten significantly worse. The bites now take nearly a week to heal, and because she’s being bitten so often, she constantly has visible bite marks on her little body. Today, I got a call at work saying another child had bitten my daughter in the face. HER FACE. This is the 10th or 11th bite since April 1st. My husband went to speak with the office, expressed our concerns, and let them know our daughter would not be returning. He was met with, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Sorry we feel what? That our daughter isn’t safe in your care? That we feel awful dropping her off each day, wondering what new injury she might come home with? That we expect better protection for babies who rely entirely on you to keep them safe? That response told us everything we needed to know about how seriously our concerns were being taken. We are devastated to be pulling her out of a place where she truly loved her teachers, but we can’t keep her somewhere that fails to protect her and dismisses repeated, serious concerns. Please take this into account if you’re considering this facility for your child.

  • This daycare’s management has completely failed to provide a safe environment for my child. In just five weeks, my 14-month-old daughter was bitten nine times. That’s not a staff issue—that’s a leadership and policy failure. The caregivers on the floor can only do so much when they’re clearly under-supported, under-staffed, or poorly directed. After repeated incidents, I expected the management team to step in, investigate, and implement meaningful changes. Instead, I got excuses, vague reassurances, and no improvement. Repeated injuries to a toddler in a professional daycare setting are inexcusable. It’s management’s responsibility to ensure proper staffing, enforce safety protocols, and protect the children entrusted to their care. They have done none of that. If you’re considering this daycare, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The lack of accountability and leadership has created an unsafe environment that no child should be subjected to.

Questions parents ask about ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC

Is ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC holds Pennsylvania certificate 102495859-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Butler County. The current certificate runs to December 12, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania publishes no Keystone STARS tier for ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC. Keystone STARS is voluntary, so a provider with no tier has not taken part rather than been judged. Licensing and STARS are separate: a provider without a tier is still certified and still inspected.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 3.

Does this page show inspection results for ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects ALLIE ALLIGATOR LRNG CTR LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
