AMAZING KIDZ ACADEMY LLC

Don't waste your time! This is my first week using this location. Monday afternoon they canceled pick up for my child because the bus driver called out. Then today (the same week as the first incident) they didn’t show up. No one called or anything!

Had my son on a cot no cover no blanket, never spoke up has the cook and bus driver opening the daycare acting as teachers when none have the right credentials! Sarah slammed the door in my son’s face! Also stated to go ahead and call mom, the new admin is VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL has attitudes was on my phone screaming and yelling, my kids no longer go there they wouldn’t refund me for the trips they WONT be attending all my kids clothes covers etc is all missing gone vanished in thin air “teachers” lay on the floor on their phones bundled up in blankets I’ve called the state on them twice and the police! This place needs to be shut DOWN I ASKED FOR A MEETING WITH THE DIRECTOR AND OWNER DIRECTOR REFUSED MEETING this place is DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL. Refused to refund me here’s brightwheels policy on voids and refunds, I will be calling the state again and Dhs, this daycare right here deserves to be shut down the staff needs to be TRAINED PROPERLY AND APPROPRIATELY, the owner seems to not care about any of the issues going on within her building. I will not tolerate this!

My daughter attends to this daycare, amazing staff and a great atmosphere for learning. They’re very professional and I’ve seen a great improvement in my child since she started her education here. From the parents of; Dalahia Lugo.🤗

This place is absolutely amazing.. I can honestly say that all 3 of my children enjoy going to daycare. Everyday is smiles and they also serve great hospitality. These teachers really deserve more recognition and appreciation for their hard work dedication to our children.

My son was at the other location in the northeast and I took him out after almost 3 months there. The staff there just sucks all around there is no communication with the parents. I kept asking about trips and the day that they were going to go I kept getting the run around and was told almost last minute. Then on the day I took my son out of there someone stole his extra uniform pants that was in his space. Not to mention the owner was never there I only saw her once, and she told all the parents every teacher there has a degree in working with kids. I call BS on that my sons teacher always had a miserable look on her face like she didn't want to be there. If you work with kids you are suppose to love it not hate it.
