  • My daughter, Olivia has been going to Angel’s Place since she was 2-years-old and she is now 5. She absolutely loves her friends and all the teachers at Angel’s Place. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this organization. I had enrolled in college in 2018 and this would have not been possible was it for Angel’s Place. The facility is extremely supportive of all the children and even the parents. From the moment I walked through the door for the first time to take a tour, I immediately felt the love they have for all the kiddos there. Every morning(even on weekends) Olivia asks and gets herself ready for school. When I tell her it’s a weekend she responds, “Oh, man!” Thank you so much, Angel’s Place, for your commitment to the ongoing love and support that you provide to our children and to the parents. You are always in our prayers! We are so grateful!

Questions parents ask about ANGELS PLACE

Is ANGELS PLACE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. ANGELS PLACE holds Pennsylvania certificate 100376204-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Allegheny County. The current certificate runs to February 17, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is ANGELS PLACE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates ANGELS PLACE STAR 4 - ACC, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on May 6, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against ANGELS PLACE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against ANGELS PLACE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does ANGELS PLACE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. ANGELS PLACE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.

Does this page show inspection results for ANGELS PLACE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects ANGELS PLACE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
