This daycare did not deliver on any promises upon us enrolling our son. Starting out we were told the daycare will be providing home cooked meals and they would have pictures and daily updates of activities as well as photos of our son where we can see him on the screen and they have not done any of that since he started!These kids eat hot dogs almost everyday and other processed foods that we explained we didn’t want our son to have. We prepare his food on days they are suppose to be eating that stuff but on the days there is finally a good meal for them the schdule suddenly changes last minute leaving us no time to prepare anything in time. Our son is always leaving the daycare and appearing to be very hungry , as if like he has barely eaten, also his clothes aren’t properly put on him before he leaves out the door. Our sons onesie is always hanging out the pants and his clothes always look raggedy when he leaves daycare. The staff is rude, unwelcoming and unpleasantly. Inderah, one of the staff also has children that attend the daycare that get special treatment compared to the other children. One day I brought my son in after 9 she was very rude and said “he can’t have anything to eat because she’ll have to feed all the kids” even tho I brought food for him to eat. I seen her son eating after 9 one day I came and she didn’t let us in to drop our son off because she didn’t want us to see it but he was walking and we seen it. How can you play favorite with children and feed yours but don’t feed mines when it’s after 9. She always seems like she has an attitude problem all the time and the staff are very short with conversation considering they have our child all day. This place is a disgrace and how they run their establishment is horrible. I do not recommend sending your children to this daycare at all. They don’t respect parent’s wishes. There is always a problem and they feel they can do what they want with your child. Do not send you kids to this establishment. They make it seem like they going to do all this stuff to get you in the door then things will not be as talked about once you are in and settled !

I am very pleased to have enrolled my son here after being referred by a trusted friend. He has been at BCRG for almost two years and his development, socially and educationally, is exemplary. The patience and flexibility of his teachers and the director are much appreciated, I am informed of his progress daily and aware of updates as needed.

This Daycare is amazing and I love the staff. I have twin daughters that were being potty trained and this Daycare had them trained to use a regular toilet in less then 3 weeks! They’re very hands on and they show a lot of love towards my kids. I have another baby girl on the way and she’s definitely going there as well. I highly recommend this Daycare.

I am very pleased with BCRG Daycare Services. It’s a perfect fit for my family. The Staff is kind, sensitive, trained caregivers who are committed to lifelong child development ; a low child-to-teacher ratio; and a creative, fun (and clean!) play space. They are also very accommodating with my fluctuating work schedule. They’re open 24 hrs with open arms! I’m able to work days and nights and my children are in a safe environment where they’re happy! If you’re looking for an amazing daycare with great hours you’ve found it! 😀

This daycare is great! The staff are very professional and take a active role in facilitating individualized instruction. The atmosphere is very family oriented and staff are very open to open ended communication. My daughter has really grown at this daycare. I highly recommend this daycare.
