  • The staff is kind, accommodating, and informative. Every day my daughter comes home smarter because of the caring teachers that look after her. They have the kids' best interest in their heart, and I can tell my daughter loves them too. Highly recommended.

  • My daughter has been going here since she was 5 months old (she is 2 now). She has had nothing but wonderful teachers (who some are also parents). They are loving, caring, and compassionate; I know they have my daughter’s health, learning, and well being as their top priorities. My daughter is happy playing or exploring when I am there to pick her up. Communication is easy and fast. They are on top of sending out reminders and updates through their app.

  • Is the best daycare. They really care about my kids. My kids and my sister’s are there and they wake up happy to go in there.

  • Horrible place to take a child to. My son had two teachers a young lady show was great but semi new and an older lady that felt due to her tenure at the daycare had the right to be rude and uncensitive to kids and parents. The older teacher had the audacity to say my child has behavioral issues ( based on her own child experience- her 30+ year old son now ) that I needed to have him evaluated. Every day there was something negative she had to report about my son, never was this the case with the younger teacher. Older teacher will be so rude, disrespectful and loud to the kids, she was intimidating then instead to leading with love. I decided to take my son out this day care the day my son so sadly told me he didn’t want to go back. He is a very smart and happy kid but you know your kid better than anybody and know something is wrong. By the way I did take my son to be evaluated for behavioral issues and the first thing I was asked is if this teacher has the credentials to diagnose kids ( of course not ) and after evaluation that my son is completely normal and I needed to get him out of there as soon as possible.

  • My son attended this daycare for a year and a half. He was receiving services from the iu for speech and play therapy. The last month he had a lot of troubles. Once brought to my attention I met with the speech therapist and the director of Best Friends to come up with a plan of action. Well that lasted one week. My son was sent home every single day for behavior then I got an email saying effecting immediately he couldn’t come back. No warning even with a plan of action in effect. My son wasn’t perfect but these teachers have no clue how to lead a class. My son only enjoyed 2 teachers and unfortunately they only worked until 2 everyday. After they left he was flopped around from classroom to classroom. This daycare is also every disorganized my sons items went missing often and some I never got back. They also do not update right away on sickness either. My son’s friend who also attended got hand foot and mouth the daycare notified parents 3 days later. This place has so much potential, but not enough educators and leaders.

  • Best Friends Daycare is wonderful, and I would highly recommend this center! We started with the center in August of 2020 when we moved to the area. We have three children (ages 1, 3, and 4) that attend the center and would recommend all classrooms and teachers! You know it’s a good center when your kids are excited for daycare every day and tell us how much they love their teachers. The center and classrooms are always clean and the teachers are friendly and truly care for the children. 5 STARS!!!!

Pennsylvania rates BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 11, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC at the time the record was published. Does BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 9.

Does this page show inspection results for BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BEST FRIENDS DAY CARE LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
