What a amazing place and group of teachers/owners. My son is going on two years with this center. The accept him, care for him, and treat him with so much love; like one of their own. He knows his colors, shapes, can count, and starting to pick out different alphabets at 3 years old. Highly recommend. I never worry about my son when he is in their care. My 12 yr old attended the same place when he was 3 and 4 and the teachers were mostly the same, and just as wonderful.
Sheila CooleySep 19, 2024My kids went here for over a year and there was never a single issue. All the teachers were amazing and really loved their jobs. I never had to worry about my children’s safety when they were at daycare. We had to move to a different center that was in our school district, but if we could have we would have stayed at bloom!

Is BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC holds Pennsylvania certificate 104139941-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Dauphin County. The current certificate runs to April 19, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

- Pennsylvania rates BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 14, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 9.
Does this page show inspection results for BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BLOOM EARLY LEARNING CENTER INC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
