Michael MillerJul 11, 2026Interesting how they still have spots left open in ringgold but you cant get ahold of anyone? How are we supposed to trust you people with the lives of children if no one wants to even return a phone call or contact a parent about an application? & since when do we charge parents for pre-k? We're already not off to a great start cause you can't get in contact with anyone.
Maria HaaseJul 18, 2025Going through blueprints to get my kids in PreK. The program is great but they are so very difficult to get ahold of. Multiple voicemails have been left and no response. I'm sure they are busy but it's been nearly two months of constantly calling them to never get a reply back.
Dorothy CarrinoJan 25, 2023Every blueprints program I've been involved in has been amazing! Early intervention, headstart, WIC, and now hopefully the emergency rental assistance program.
Samantha SchneiderOct 12, 2022If I could put 0 stars, I would. This agency is the worst! They have no care for children being fostered. Most of their staff are clueless, and don’t care to do their job.
LATRISHA RAINERIApr 9, 2022I have made many attempts to apply for a couple of programs, such as first time home buyers as well as rental assistance with absolutely No assistance at all. I have No faith in this program, I've witnessed nothing but unprofessionalism & lack of respect for ones who are in need. Very disturbing that the Govt funds this type of thing. Pathetic to say the least! Fraud, completely! After more attempts Fraud, this program is simply nonexistance. Update I was assisted and more than I even expected. Greatful and Thankful. The program helped so much.

Questions parents ask about BLUEPRINTS
Is BLUEPRINTS a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. BLUEPRINTS holds Pennsylvania certificate 100731376-0066, listed as "LISTED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Greene County. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is BLUEPRINTS's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania publishes no Keystone STARS tier for BLUEPRINTS. Keystone STARS is voluntary, so a provider with no tier has not taken part rather than been judged. Licensing and STARS are separate: a provider without a tier is still certified and still inspected.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BLUEPRINTS?
- Pennsylvania does not report on this for BLUEPRINTS. The sanction field is marked "N/A" in the state's dataset, which is not the same as a recorded "No". Look the provider up at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch for its licensing record.
Does this page show inspection results for BLUEPRINTS?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BLUEPRINTS's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
