Bright Futures Child Care Center has been an incredible experience for my child and me. The entire staff is caring, professional, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Director Julie does an exceptional job leading the center. She is approachable, organized, and truly cares about the children, families, and staff. Her commitment to creating a positive environment is evident every day. My child's teachers, Hannah and Sandra, have been wonderful. They are patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping each child learn and grow. Their kindness and dedication give us peace of mind knowing our child is in great hands. I would also like to recognize Diane and Dana, who are often part of the closing staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile at the end of the day. No matter how busy things may be, they take the time to communicate with parents and ensure children leave happy, safe, and well cared for. Their positive attitudes and reliability are greatly appreciated. Bright Futures truly feels like a family. We are so grateful for the care, support, and education our child receives every day. I highly recommend Bright Futures Child Care Center to any family looking for quality childcare.

My son loves getting in the car everyday to come see his friends. The staff are all very attentive and keep me in the know at all times. They have activities through out the day to make sure the littles are meeting milestones and learning new things in a safe environment. My son is happy and safe here! Couldn’t ask for any place better. We thank and appreciate the care and support they give. ❤️

The staff at Bright Futures is certainly what drives excellence here, and that positively cinches the deal when considering options for childcare. Any time of day (well, except nap time), you can be sure to find fun abounding inside— or, in the play area outside, weather permitting! Every interaction has been professional and warmly human, and it’s a genuinely happy environment. Leadership staff has been courteous, prompt and responsive, and maintains a direct presence. Attention is clearly given to the physical environment for the children, as we were impressed with a recent reflow of the interior which has made the space even more welcoming and suited to daily activities. We’re very happy with Bright Futures, and are sure to be far from alone!

I am pleased with the care that my granddaughter receives at Bright Futures Child Care Center. The staff is friendly and nurturing and she absolutely loves the class pet, Mr. Nibbles. My daughter and I feel so blessed that we can go to work and know that she is well cared for, learning and having fun.

Bright Futures has been nothing but amazing. My grandchildren used to go to Seaton Hill. Worst place to ever take your children, especially if they potentially may have suspected learning or behavior issues. The staff here are AMAZING! Tina, Hannah Dana, Sandra, Kathy, Kyleigh and Javay. They are very engaging with the children; and my grandchildren love them. Julie, the director is so hands on with the little ones that her door is always open when they visit her office. She takes the time with them which can be most inconvenient when you have babies and toddlers and preschool kids wanting to be in there with her all the time. I have grandchildren in each of the age groups; 2 in the baby room, 1 in the toddler room and 2 in the school age room, and not once have I had an issue with the staff. Even if the kids aren't on they're best behavior, when I pick them up at the end of the day the teachers still embrace them and aren't cold towards them. Nor do they pretend to like your child when they really don't cause you can tell and so can the child. I searched for almost 2 months for a daycare, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Tarentum and Upper Burrell and there weren't any available for what I needed. I was desperate. Then someone suggested to call Bright Futures. I called on a Wed or Thursday and she said hey bring them the following Tuesday. Every concern that I had or specific needs were met promptly. I had concerns with my grandson being ready for Kindergarten, the previous place they were at was absolutely useless; I was going to hold him back. But at Bright futures he is absolutely ready and that's all due to the director and staff. So what I have to make a lunch for them everyday. Some places aren't equipped for kitchens. Small thing when everything else is such a plus. Its a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for my grandchildren. I wish they lived closer to me as I live in Lower Burrell, however that is a small issue compared to the excellent service and attention my babies receive. I get there are more kids than spots open in our community of child care providers. People be trying to get into Seaton Hill like its an exclusive club. The hours are terrible and the educational aspect is subpar. If you are on a waiting list go where they can help grow your children instead of kick them out an hour after they get there. I can go one and on. If you can get in to Bright Futures its well worth it.
