  • I love this center! My grandchildren attend the center and receive the best possible care! The teachers are so warm and sweet and make me feel welcome when picking up my granddaughter. The environment feels so calm and inviting. Great place if you’re looking into childcare for any age!

  • Do not give this company your real name, contact info, child's name, or birthdate when requesting tuition information. Use a fake junk email and fake names. I decided I was not interested in moving forward and asked for my profile information to be deleted. They informed me they are not allowed to delete me from their database. They were going to keep my information and my child's information even though I expressly stated I wanted it removed. It took me multiple chats, supervisor intervention, and two phone calls to get my information deleted. Save yourself the time and energy by not providing personal information about your child until you know you'd like to enroll them.

  • My son has been with Bright Horizons since 2021 and the care he has received has been great. He loves his teachers and coming to school is always something he looks forward to.

  • I was so nervous to send my child to preschool. This place has made my life a breeze. Comments from my little man include “I love this place mom” “I love you mom but I love school” “I love school mom and I love my teachers laugh”. Miss Angie and Miss Laura are awesome and my son skips into school every morning and forgets to say goodbye to me. 10/10

  • Best daycare we have worked with by far and at a competitive price. Our experience with preschool and infant care has been excellent. They balance the structure kids need with the flexibility and freedom to let kids become confident to grow and explore. They do lots of outdoor time as weather permits, nature walks, etc. The teachers are all excellent and you can tell how much they love what they do. There is always some sort of event to look forward to, dress up day, or special activity to check out (for example, a pop up mini library to check out books at pick up). Highly recommended!

  • I have two children and been through many daycares as a result of moving. This daycare exceeds all and any expectations. The best one I have ever seen. The teachers are great. The updates and info you get all day about your child is so helpful and eases your mind while away at work. The rooms and overall building is big and full or activities. The program and daily outline is great! Kids are all happy and well taken care of. Such a wonderful experience. I highly and solely recommend bright horizons over any other daycare in the mount joy or Marietta area! I feel safe finally leaving my child knowing she is happy and loved and learning! After 2 years there, the teachers were angels to my child but the political correctness was a little extreme for children 5 and under ( or any child in my opinion) they had displayed for black history month a picture of George Floyd in the hall which was very in appropriate for children to see. They also display a pride flag every June. I have no issues with ppls sexual orientation at ALL, but this just seems very inappropriate. Never saw an American flag there. If they want to display flags about sexual orientation, than they should also display flags of patriotism and American pride for ALL of us! Kids that age don’t understand nor do they care about things like that. They see what they see at home and they are loved all the same. Not a critical part of learning as a baby.

Pennsylvania rates BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 11, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY at the time the record was published. Does BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY accept child care subsidy?

Yes. BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BRIGHT HORIZONS AT MOUNT JOY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
