I do not recommend Bright Horizon Daycare. Children with autism and mental health disabilities are not treated equally here. There were constant daily complaints about behaviors related to a diagnosed disability, without any real effort to provide support or reasonable accommodations until complaints were made. My grandchild was often excluded from interacting with other children, which is extremely concerning for both development and inclusion. Instead of working with the family, the daycare repeatedly threatened to “pause” care every other week because of these behaviors. The frequent calls for early pick of my grandson created overwhelming stress and instability, to the point where it nearly forced my daughter to leave nursing school. In addition, the director, Bridget, demonstrated very poor people skills and a lack of professionalism when communicating with parents, which only added to the stress of the situation. We have taken them out of this facility and would only hope the CEO would invest more time into educating his faculty on how to properly and equally care for children protected under the ADA. Every child deserves patience, understanding, and equal treatment—especially those with special needs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
MzLynnDMar 19, 2026Always a pleasure coming here. Just what I needed.
Sam PresaSep 9, 2025Usually I don’t do reviews but I felt this daycare has so much potential and the facilities looked great but unfortunately the director Bridget was very dry and not attentive to me as a prospective parent. I scheduled a tour and she pushed me off to her receptionist to complete. No spots were available and it was 200 dollars to put my daughter on the waiting list, however, they were unable to provide any prospective start dates even as an estimate like other facilities. Lastly I was promised an email from the director to confirm the tuition rates. After two weeks I had not heard anything. It felt like once they had my money for the waitlist they didn’t care.
Pamela ShankJun 2, 2023My kids have been going to this daycare for a little while now and they are so happy at this daycare. They’re learning so much, they come home so nice and I’m just glad that they’re happy. I love the way everything is set up for my kids at this daycare and Im happy that they’re safe. I love that the teachers are very caring and helpful. Lastly I love the activities they have set up for parents to be included.
Bree WApr 28, 2022Bright Horizons has been a blessing! My daughter has been absolutely thriving since starting at the center and continues to progress daily. The staff has been beyond amazing and helped make her transition seamless. I do not have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for all staff at Bright Horizons. We are so thankful to be able to send our daughter to such a clean, professional and positive environment.
Sarah ReifsnyderFeb 22, 2021Both of our girls came up through from infant room to kindergarten graduates. We have always been extremely happy with the level of quality and professionalism exhibited daily at this program. Anyone on the fence between two, choose this one.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU at the time the record was published. Does BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 9.
Does this page show inspection results for BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BRIGHT HORIZONS AT PSECU's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
