Nicole TremelNov 29, 2018Had a terrible experience here and pulled my kid after a couple months. When I brought a concern to the owner in a respectful way her response was essentially “this is how we do things, if you don’t like it too bad” - was not at all interested in having a discussion. The concern was about a whiteboard up that listed the names of kids and what they’d done wrong/how they’d misbehaved that particular day — out for anybody who walked by to see. This should be between the staff and parents, not everybody else needs to see! Saw teachers change diapers without washing hands between kids. Had TVs in classrooms, not for educational programs but fir cartoons to keep kids occupied at end of the day when teachers were tired. Teachers truly seemed to do their best and care about the kids but management is awful.
Jay BeepMay 9, 2018We tried to enroll our daughter here, and it was a bit of a fiasco. We reserved a space early, and to their credit, they called us when the space was available. We opted to care for our daughter's first year at home and asked if we could get in line for the 1yr old room. No space was available, but they suggested we call back regularly to check for availability. The owner is horribly difficult to get on the phone, which pretty much guaranteed that we weren't going to be requeued for the next room. Of our two tours of the place, the staff was largely disengaged, and when at all possible on their phones. I'm sure it was just a bad coincidence, but this was a pretty poor showing for us.
