  • Highly recommended. My daughter went here from age 2 to 5, and all of the teachers were fabulous. She would sometimes ask me not to come so early, as she wanted to stay and play longer. It has definitely helped her development and got her ready for kindergarten.

  • Devin the Director is rude unprofessional and unorganized. The education there isnt the greatest my son was going backwards they dont make them write their full name only nicknames. Its not a loving Christian environment. Dont send your kids here I waited until now to get my tax statement. Communication is horrible here.

  • I have had nothing but an amazing experience with all the teachers and staff. Any concerns I have ever had, were taken seriously and if needed corrected immediately. This place loves your children like you do. My son loves it there and always tells me how much fun he has. The facility is clean and secure. My son has been going since he was in the toddler room through pre-k. 10/10 would recommend.

  • We left PA in June 2023 and our son was in C3 Kids. We were so fortunate to have him in the infant room so well cared for by Ms. Rachel, Ms. Bobbi, and morning help from Ms. Judy. Wanda is also a wonderful person and director. Our year with C3 Kids made our first year as parents much more manageable. The cameras were also very reassuring to us and we thought the whole cost (and even a longer drive to this daycare compared to others) to be more than worth it. We miss you!

  • BEWARE!! This place isn't a "Christian" daycare. This daycare had children and youth called from holding a 2 year old down during nap time! The teacher my son had ran the room like a Concentration camp and if the kids didn't do what she wanted she would be mean to them. They don't correct the kids when kids are hitting and kicking each other! We came from another daycare and we got out quickly!! Check out the diapers I would take off my kid when he got home. The state requires them to change diapers every 2 hours n its not happening there!

Questions parents ask about C3 KIDS

Is C3 KIDS a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. C3 KIDS holds Pennsylvania certificate 102112742-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Centre County. The current certificate runs to August 12, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is C3 KIDS's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates C3 KIDS STAR 3, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 24, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against C3 KIDS?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against C3 KIDS at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does C3 KIDS accept child care subsidy?

Yes. C3 KIDS holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 8.

Does this page show inspection results for C3 KIDS?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects C3 KIDS's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
