  • The manager and staff are very unprofessional!!! They talk negative about all the students and I walked in on the manager being ignorant and unprofessional to my 3yr old and than didn't apologize. I took my son out and I pray that all the other parents are being mindful when sending their children there. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone

Is CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR holds Pennsylvania certificate 100263677-0003, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to January 4, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR STAR 3, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 30, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR accept child care subsidy?

Yes. CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CARE TO LEARN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CTR's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
