I have so much to say about this school! First, I am so happy my children attend this school. The amount of education they are receiving is fantastic! My child went from being “babysat” at previous schools to actually LEARNING and thriving here! The school’s philosophy and core values absolutely are shown through their education. Second, not only is this high end school clean, it has nothing but warmth throughout the building. The educators in every room are always smiling and welcoming to everyone that passes by. Third, I have met so many wonderful parents through my children attending Celebree! It’s truly a family here with wonderful supportive and fun parents! My one child even had her first birthday party invite and we are so happy to get to connect even outside of school! I cannot say enough great things about Celebree!
Tina JonesJun 23, 2026We are so grateful for our experience at Celebree. As first-time daycare parents, leaving our son with someone else was incredibly emotional, and the staff made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Ms. Natoya cared for our son with so much warmth and affection over the past few months. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was with her during the day. We are moving out of the area and are genuinely sad to leave the school/Ms. Natoya. Highly recommend Celebree to any family looking for a good daycare.
Zainab QureshiMay 27, 2026My daughter started at Celebree in the 1-yr-old room in March. Between then and May 22, she was bitten four times, had hair pulled out of her head, had adult-sized nail marks left on her arm, and sustained bruising on her back from what I was told was “running into a table.” When the incident was explained to me, the teacher’s response was, “She did it to herself this time.” During our time there, leadership changed and I frequently heard teachers in the 1-yr-old room yelling at the children. I also walked into the classroom one day to find teachers playing club music with language completely inappropriate for toddlers. Tables were consistently left uncleaned after meals, and children regularly walked around the classroom, hallways, and playground without shoes on. Communication was also a major issue. At one point, my daughter went without a morning snack for an entire week before I realized it. When I questioned why I was not notified of the new practice, the Director’s response felt defensive and based on assumptions that I was not feeding my daughter at home, instead of acknowledging the communication breakdown. This is just one example. After expressing my concern to the owner and the Director about the repeated physical incidents, I was told these behaviors were “developmentally appropriate” with no acknowledgement of what constitutes an acceptable versus unacceptable number of incidents. I was also told that my daughter was “defiant,” “attention-seeking,” and a “ring leader.” The implication was that she was somehow contributing to the mistreatment she was experiencing. What made this especially confusing was that we came from a daycare where my daughter was described as easygoing, bubbly, well-adjusted, and a joy to be around. Teachers there fought over who got to keep her when classrooms needed ratio adjustments because she was so well-liked, which aligns with feedback I have received from other babysitters and caregivers. The only person who made me feel heard was the Assistant Director, who immediately attempted to address the situation and regain my trust. Unfortunately, her efforts were overridden by the Director, who was unwilling to take the steps necessary to immediately ensure my daughter’s safety and well-being. I have spoken with the Regional Director, who assured me these issues would be addressed. I think highly of the two-year-old teachers and was looking forward to my daughter moving to that room, but based on my experience, I would caution families against choosing this school in its current state. I truly wish the previous Director had never left. She was there when we first started and was the number 1 reason why we chose Celebree.
L HMay 27, 2026The team at Celebree is rare! The personableness, energy, positivity, consistency, and patience from the administrators and leaders (including the owner) to take care of us as a new family stands out amongst the various childcare centers we considered! They have been organized, communicative, sharing of information, answering of our questions, and willing to work with some unique circumstances our family has. We are so grateful for their kindness and care for our child and for us as a family! Additionally, we have found Celebree to be a safe, positive, clean, organized, caring, fun, modern, updated, and academic setting for our child. We have researched and visited a lot of childcare centers along the Main Line. There are so many components that make a high-quality childcare center and from top to bottom, side-to-side, we have been impressed with what we've experienced at Celebree School of Wayne! We consider it a real gem in childcares!
ReviewerApr 7, 2026We absolutely love Celebree School! First, the school is beautiful- spacious classrooms, an amazing playground, and very secure. Most importantly, we have been blown away with our daughter's fabulous teachers. They are kind, loving, and attentive! We love reading the updates from her day as well. It is very clear that Celebree provides engaging, creative activities throughout the day, as well as lots of nice time outside. Something that stood out to us about Celebree was their small classroom sizes-- our daughter gets so much one on one attention which is the best! We also love the director of the school and the leadership there- excellent communication and responsiveness to questions.
Lyndsey CampbellMar 31, 2026Celebree has been nothing short of amazing since our newborn started day care here in January! The staff is so welcoming and kind. It is a beautiful new building, and the daily communication via the app is top notch. We have been so thankful to have Celebree in our lives as we returned to work. The extended hours are so convenient, and the tuition cost is competitive compared to other options in the area. Special shoutouts to Ms. Shagun and Ms. Jamie and to the management team!

Questions parents ask about Celebree School of Wayne
Is Celebree School of Wayne a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. Celebree School of Wayne holds Pennsylvania certificate 104550323-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Chester County. The current certificate runs to March 24, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is Celebree School of Wayne's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates Celebree School of Wayne STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 31, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against Celebree School of Wayne?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against Celebree School of Wayne at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does Celebree School of Wayne accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. Celebree School of Wayne holds a subsidy agreement with the state. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 19.
Does this page show inspection results for Celebree School of Wayne?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects Celebree School of Wayne's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
