The most positive and safe environment you could ever ask for. When my child was in school here, I specifically appreciated (a) CNS’s dedicated focus on social emotional learning and (b) their commitment to getting kids outdoors to play, even in imperfect weather. The school also has strong administrative skills and communication. Zero complaints!
Allison McCartyFeb 27, 2026We have had two children at this nursery school and have had only positive experiences. Our children loved going to CNS and we have loved all the teachers. Our children have brought home all kinds of fun arts and crafts. CNS has a really great playground set up. It is not huge, but what they have chosen to include is amazing. We toured other preschools/daycares and CNS has the best little playground. The location is great because they can take field trips that are just a short walk away. This school really got our kids well prepared for Kindergarten. I always recommend this school when asked.

The teachers love their craft - they are dedicated, energetic, caring, and loving towards their students. Central provides an excellent foundation for students to develop into life-long learners. We are so grateful for the staff at Central!

Incredible teachers and leadership, and Dr Anderson is the on staff school psychologist who is just so wonderful with the kids. We felt so loved and supported! I highly recommend sending your little ones to CNS!
Alexandra KJun 5, 2024Central Nursery School has provided a positive and safe environment for our children to grow and mature. The teachers are passionate, loving and caring. They tailor to each child's needs. Children learn through play. There's a wonderful mix of outdoor play, imaginative play, circle time, art, yoga, learning Spanish, cooking and music. We feel very lucky to have found a preschool which is dynamic and keeps our little ones excited to return.
CorrineMay 22, 2023Central Nursery School is a great place to send your children. The atmosphere is relaxing helping to make the children comfortable beginning their journey into school. Plenty of arts and crafts and out door play when the weather is nice. Our son genuinely likes going to school and is learning a lot of new things. The staff is very friendly and the communication is excellent. I have only positive things to say.
