  • My son learned so much at Child Development! The staff was amazing and the facility was clean and well organized. We always received a lot of communication and they were always listened to any concerns we may have had. My son couldn't wait to get into the school in the morning. As soon as the teacher opened the door, he would literally run inside. While we were waiting for the door to open, not one child would be crying. They were all happy and excited to learn.

Questions parents ask about CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER

Is CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100002062-0005, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Schuylkill County. The current certificate runs to October 18, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 3, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 13.

Does this page show inspection results for CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHILD DEVELOPMENT-FOUNTAIN SPRINGS CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
