  • I love this learning center so much. They are so amazing and treat my child like no other. They are so friendly and homey. I feel so safe leaving my child there and knowing she will be in great hands.

  • Both of my kids have went to children at promise and both times have been amazing experiences. My son who is now 9 when he attended the staff always made sure to communicate with me and his therapist we held meetings to make sure he was meeting his goals they were always so patient and caring with him something I will forever be grateful for. With my daughter who is 3 they made sure to always communicate goals that they were working on with her and how we can help at home my daughter loves her teachers and friends she will always come home excited to tell me about her day so when I say we are going to miss children at promise I mean it. I highly recommend children at promise!!!

  • I have been trusting Children At Promise with my children for the past 9 years. I am a mom who does her research. I love the staff and the staff truly love my children. They have a very clean center, trained teachers and reasonable tuition. I would not trust anyone else with taking care of my children.

  • Best place to take your kids i got a referral from one of my really good friends and it didnt disappoint. The fact that they do early learning activities with newborns is awesome and also they are very Jesus centered which is a plus. The staff are wonderful. You can take any concerns and they listen and are very attentive love this place am expecting my third child and will make plans to enroll my third child in CAP once the time comes

  • My son attended CAP since he was 2 months old and recently graduated from the Pre-K classroom to start Kindergarten. During his 5 years at CAP all the staff were always so caring, attentive, nurturing and they took care of him like he was one of their own. He loved having chapel on Fridays so much so that he asked for me to play the songs at home as well. He learned a lot throughout his time there and I know he was very well prepared to start kindergarten. My husband loved the Tadpoles app, he would check it daily. We loved to see what he done that day, to see daily pictures and if there were any notes from the teacher or center. I’m very grateful to CAP and all that they have done for my son. We recommend CAP to everyone. Thank you CAP

  • My son was referred to this daycare from a friend. I was so happy to finally be able to find a daycare for my son. I was told nothing but good things about this daycare. When I went for orientation I believe she was the director made me feel disrespected because she was judging and evaluating my son without even knowing him. She told me he looks like he has sensory issues and he’s too hyper that he would need a one on one teacher to assist him and she doesn’t think he’s a good fit for the daycare. Fast forward a month later my son got accepted into preschool and he’s doing very well and he doesn’t not have a one on one teacher or any sensory issues. He’s in a normal classroom with other children doing just fine. This is why you do not judge a book by its cover.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHILDREN AT PROMISE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

Does CHILDREN AT PROMISE EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. CHILDREN AT PROMISE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 14.

Does this page show inspection results for CHILDREN AT PROMISE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHILDREN AT PROMISE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
