Terrible experience they sent me to a new location with no instructions on how to find the place where kidology entrance was which made me late to the appointment I called before I was late to let them know I couldn’t find the location nobody answered I called 5 times both locations .. employees are rude nobody answers phone calls ever don’t waste your time coming here with your child you’ll most likely move them to another speech therapy anyways ..
Alexis MarreroJul 25, 2026We’ve had such a positive experience with Children of America over the years. My daughter attended from a very young age through preschool, and when she entered kindergarten, I truly felt she was fully prepared—both academically and socially. The foundation she received there made a noticeable difference in her confidence and readiness. My son is currently enrolled at four years old, and he absolutely loves going every day. He often asks for his teacher by name and is genuinely excited to be there, which says a lot about the environment and care provided. It’s clear the staff builds strong, meaningful connections with the children. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the level of care, communication, and education. It’s reassuring to know our kids are in a place where they feel safe, supported, and eager to learn.
MarketieMar 26, 2026Both my sons (aged almost 3 and almost 1 at the time) started attending here in early months of 2025 after leaving a not so great daycare experience. After our first and only experience with daycare centers being really awful, we were wary, but all the staff from the director to front desk to the guy delivering the packages have all been so amazingly warm and welcoming! Both of my sons have special needs and receive therapy services. They've never been anything but accommodating from teachers being super patient with them, to them allowing therapists to come and even making accommodations so we could drop off at certain later times so my youngest could get his therapy clinic done. Our old daycare was constantly out of ratio. Thats never been a problem here, not once. Our old daycare always claimed my autistic older child had a fever and needed to come home because they couldn't handle him. Not once has that happened here. Only times either was sent home was when they had legitimate illnesses with actual documentation of symptoms from the daycare like pictures or videos of what was going on. Even the guy that drops off their packages is so sweet to the kids. He talked to my oldest for 10 minutes about his van simply cause my son was interested. They are always communicating well at least as well as can really be expected in such a large center. I can honestly say I have no real complaints here. As far as larger centers go, this one is pretty good. We plan to stay here as long as necessary/possible.
Dj MoessnerJan 29, 2026My son Peter has been attending COA since October and it’s been AMAZING seeing him progress in his developmental milestones since joining! Lena and Shawna are THE BEST! As a mom of a child with allergies it can be nerve wracking putting your child under the care of someone else but they are always making sure he’s safe, verifying he can have certain foods due to his allergies and making his needs are met! Outstanding communication and leadership, always making sure everyone is comfortable and on the same page! We love the teachers and administrators at Southampton! Highly recommend!🩵
Shannon ThompsonJan 28, 2026My son has been going here since he was a few months old and he will be turning three. Not only are Shawna & Lena amazing directors but they genuinely care about all the kids. We do consider them a part of our family and I get to send my son to school everyday without a worry. The staff as a whole is incredible, kind, and loving. I am grateful for COA Southampton and will continue to highly recommend them
kennidi hNov 21, 2025My daughter Lucia has been a student at COA for 3 years now. Lena and Shawna have always been amazing with her and also with me and my (sometimes crazy) concerns. They’ve shown me nothing but patience and understanding every time I’ve raised concerns about anything. Lucia has had many great teachers along the way but Tori and Kaylin have been her favorite since Ms Rachel! She loves them so much and I can just tell they love her the same. She runs in excited every morning and gives them a huge hug. I’m sending my infant daughter there starting next week and I find so much comfort knowing she’ll be with Ms Rachel, who I trust wholeheartedly. We love everyone at COA and I’ll be forever thankful for them❤️

- Pennsylvania rates CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC STAR 3, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on July 28, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC at the time the record was published. Does CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.
Does this page show inspection results for CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHILDREN OF AMERICA SOUTHAMPTON LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
