We contacted this daycare while I was still pregnant to get on a wait list. The owner was very communicative and informative at this stage. We told her when we were looking to start daycare and how many days/week. The owner confirmed that we would be on a wait-list and she would re-engage with us once the fall enrollment was finalized and as she started the spring enrollment phase. My baby was born in October. In November I reached out to inform them that the baby was born and to ensure I was still on a wait-list. Nothing. So giving grace, I tried again in December. Still nothing. My husband started trying to contact as well. At one point, we did get somebody to answer the phone, only to say that the owner was gone and would contact us the following week. At this point we started looking for other daycares (in a bit of a panic due to this unexpected situation) while also hoping we would get a call the following week. Unfortunately, that call never came. This created a lot of stress and disappointment as we rushed to find another suitable daycare...which is not an easy task last minute.
Kelcy BarryJan 31, 2026This place is beyond amazing! I called to inquire in regard to some childcare for my 3 year old and possibly having after school care for my 6 year old and the woman who answered the phone was beyond helpful! It is never easy to send your child someplace new but talking with her and about everything they have to offer made me feel so much better! I highly recommend them! Thank you!!!
anna tiitApr 9, 2025Great caring staff. I know my kids have fun each day while they’re there, and my oldest has learned a lot since joining the preschool and now pre-k class! Safe and secure building, utilize an app for communication each day. It’s great that they have a program for the half day kindergarten as well. We enjoy sending our kids here!

Taylor BailyApr 13, 2021Erin is wonder. She does a very good job with the children and staff. I trust her with my son and I am stress free leaving him there. She always comes up with creative ideas for the children's activities and is very organized

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.
Does this page show inspection results for CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHILDRENS EXPRESS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
