  • I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. Ms. Whitney is nothing short of amazing, and from the very beginning she and her staff have been kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my son’s growth and well-being. Every time I drop him off, he runs inside excited and happy and that speaks volumes about the nurturing and positive environment they provide. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child feels safe, cared for, and eager to learn. The center is well structured, organized, and professional in communication, while still being warm and family oriented. They balance educational activities with playtime, ensuring that each child is engaged and supported at their own pace. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine love for children truly shine through in everything they do. I am so grateful to have found this daycare for my son and feel confident knowing he is in such great hands every day.

  • My son went to the school for about four months the staff that she had for overnight horrible attitude with her as well. The owner of the daycare wasn’t really a bad person. It was just the staff that she had the Daycare also has rats and roaches and mice that’s another reason why I took my son out of this daycare. They don’t follow protocol for the brightwheel portal, when I pick up my son, he has marks bumps bruises bites from whatever infestation that they have in they barely want to work because her staff has other jobs that are more important than taking care of children as I was told by the actual staff. she also informed me that she does not follow the brightwheel app because she’s only there for four hours out of the day meaning she’s just helping so I’m not even really sure if she works there. She has no communication through her cell phone either. she said she’s not allowed to have contact with the parents via cell phone, but can only contact parents through brightwheel. Don’t be fooled by these pictures and these videos that they post up to make it look like they have a smooth running Daycare . Those children are probably related to the staff.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY at the time the record was published. Does CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY accept child care subsidy?

Yes. CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHILDRENS LEARNING ARC ACADEMY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
