It’s very clean, hands on with curriculum, i particularly love how advanced the kids become because the teachers are focused on getting them prepared for real school! I look at this facility as a learning center not a daycare. Highly recommend!
Lamia BrownSep 16, 2025This childcare has beautiful play yards and the kids have fun learning! Teachers are so good and they come up with innovative ideas to teach children in Montessori way! I love it! Ms Shanti is an excellent administrator who runs a tight ship and parents can walk into her office anytime. It is a true hidden educational gem in Collingdale!
Sonia SinghSep 16, 2025From the couple interactions I had with Miss Shanti, she seemed nice enough. Lamont on the other hand the niceness is all smoke and mirrors. He told me that my son needed more help than they could provide after ONE DAY! I had explained to them that my son who is 2 and a half had never been in daycare before and would need to adjust. Well after one day he told me my son wasn’t the right fit. He wasn’t even my son’s teacher. I decided to remove my son and put him in another daycare and after a couple days he’s already thriving. He’s adapted and is doing great. I’m actually glad Lamont didn’t want to deal with him because he is very happy now. Maybe next time you get a child that’s never been in daycare before maybe give him more than one day before trying to get rid of him. Lamont do better!!!!

There is now a food program for the kids and there is maintenance and upkeep of the clean school environment for the kids. Staff are very professional and keep parents updated about their children.
Diamond WhiteJul 8, 2025Collingdale Academy is the best in town now after the new owner took over! It is so clean and the staff are so professional and kind! They never raise their voices on kids… There is so much of love and kindness in the building. You can access Ms Shanti with any concerns and it is addressed immediately. The curriculum is so good and kid friendly! Everything is so transparent in this school. I can see the difference when a true educator runs it! It is the BEST!
