  • It is going on a year since my son has been attending this daycare. I can not say enough positive things about this daycare with the professionalism and good communication. Erica and the staff makes it their duty to care for all the children . Breakfast , snack and lunch is included which is great! My son has been doing great in his development. Highly recommend

  • CELC is a great place to have your child get a head start on their education. Ms Erica is professional and the staff works very well with the kids. There’s always a warm greeting at drop off and your informed on any updates or progress during pick! Having my child start daycare was very scary, but CELC calmed my fears! Thank you CELC!!!

  • My daughter has been going here since March of this year and I'm so happy with her progress and development. The staff are professional and friendly, I can tell they have a passion for children. They feed the children breakfast which is really helpful in the morning. Ms. Erica, the director is understanding, caring, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

  • I love Collin's Educational Learning Center. I was very afraid to send my daughter back to school due to covid but I had to return back to work. Ms.Erica put my mind at ease with the way she's taking precautions with Covid. The children are required to wear a mask during the day they do get "mask breaks", hand washing is a big thing at the center, my daughter temperature is taking every morning at the door. It's very clean and safe for the children. Thank God for Ms.Erica!!!! My daughter has been back since November 2020 and she's been healthy and very happy. I strongly recommend this center if you are in the Overbrook area.

Pennsylvania rates COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 23, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II at the time the record was published. Does COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II accept child care subsidy?

Yes. COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects COLLINS EDUCATIONAL LEARNING CENTER II's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
