  • I would never send my child here. Simply because one of the employees direct online bullying other adults. and anyone working that closely with children on a daily basis is not a good role model for any child to be around.

  • We had the worst experience we have ever had at a daycare, here. Our 3 year old son was kicked out of daycare after 2 months by an email while I was at work. I strongly advise you to NOT send your child here especially if they are struggling with adhd like our son. He was singled out for being unable to focus. They posted a picture of him on the Procare app for us to see him sitting in the background crying while other children were doing an activity. The director has been very unprofessional and passive aggressive. The staff are just anybody off the street with no real childcare knowledge. The staff never gave detailed responses on how the day went at pickup, very vague and carefree. Our son went to a trick or treat event with his grandma and the daycare and everything went fine per grandma. However, days later the director sent another email, (imagine that) asking if we knew all the awful things our son did to his grandma on the field trip and all of it was a lie told by a staff member. They did not want him there anymore and were nitpicking and amplifying everything he did. They did not like him and could not tell us ONE nice thing about our child. Can you imagine if that was one of their children? He is just a 3 year old little boy. The director said, over an email again, she was going to work with us while we tried to get our son some outside resources through our school district, and the next day sent an email saying he has been unenrolled, and that someone needs to come get him immediately. You would think we would get a phone call if things are this serious to be kicked out but not once did I receive a phone call. So unprofessional. As the face of the daycare facility and advocate for a children’s center to be so cold about a child who can’t focus, with absolutely no compassion to the child or the parents blows my mind. This place has been a nightmare to us and we strongly advise against sending your child here.

  • I highly DO NOT recommend this daycare to any families w/ children age infant to 2-3 yrs old or until they can speak. This facility hires anything w/ a heartbeat who severely lacks basic childcare knowledge and commonsense. They are a revolving door of uneducated humans, yet their site states a lie that they employ "educated teachers". If we didn't live in a world where both parents have to work, we would have NEVER allowed our child to encounter this daycare. Our son was injured (bruises, bite marks, marks from his head to his chin, severe diaper rashes, etc) on multiple occasions while under their care in which we were continuously met w/ no explanation, no report of incident, or witnesses to how the injuries happened - our son was between 5mo - 1 yr old when they occurred. We chose this location under what we now know was false pretense that infants are 100% secluded to their own area, only to find out that due to under staffing they were mixing 1-3 yr olds w/ the infant class. This mix of children caused our son to be placed in contact w/ sick children that the director and teachers KNEW were sick and allowed to stay in the building - this so called "accidental" contact was even acknowledged & verbalized to my husband & I by the director & her colleague in the office when we approached them w/ our concerns. How do you accidentally allow a sick contagious child to stay in the building when you knew? As a parent, you expect your child to be safe and taken care of when you have no other option but to utilize a daycare facility that you, in a sense, pay a 2nd mortgage for - only to be met w/ lies, unexplained injuries, staff that have no business taking care of children, and a director that covers up for their negligance. It is unfortunate that we live in a relatively small area w/ only a handful of daycares to choose from, but our family can confirm that Discover the World should be YOUR LAST RESORT/HELL FREEZING OVER choice when selecting a place for your children! Please don't make the same mistake as we did by believing their lies that it's the perfect place, because we can assure you it's far from it!!

  • Worst experience ever. Please dont take your little ones here. My children were not taken care of properly. Diapers weren't changed, they werent given their sippy cups of milk, I never knew how their day went and at the end of the day when I pick them up, it's a different teacher that has no clue how their day went. They are cranky and starving everytime I pick them up. Only told negative things about my kids and my kids were sent home ever week. I lost my job. My kids come home with suspicious bruises. I have reported this facility to the state. I'm so disappointed and upset with this daycare. All I wanted was for somebody to watch my children and care about them. Not this.

  • my kids have gone here for almost 3 years now and this is the safest place and most trustworthy place I have yet to have my children in care of. The staff are all friendly and understanding and honest. Your not just a random person here and neither are your child/children, your family! I would definitely recommend Discover The World to anyone.
