  • Dear Kim Renee, It’s interesting how patterns and lessons in life come full circle. Today is a day that totals 11, the number of awakenings and introspection. It’s also a Sunday, the seventh day of the week, representing spiritual wisdom and reflection. This alignment feels significant, especially as I reflect on our past interaction and your recent response to my review. Let me begin by saying this: I’m not here to dismiss my actions. I know exactly how I came at you, and I’ve since taken the time to process everything. But what you may not have realized in that moment—and perhaps still don’t—is that my reaction was directly tied to how you handled the situation. When someone is out of alignment, especially through dishonesty, it’s not just irritating—it’s disruptive on a deeper, energetic level. I could sense your lack of alignment, and your immediate shift to lying during our interaction only made things worse. Honesty and integrity matter deeply to me, and when I’m faced with someone who chooses dishonesty, it disrupts my entire being. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being truthful. Instead, your response—then and now—has been dismissive, deflective, and lacking the accountability I expected from someone entrusted with the care of children. In our interaction, what you projected onto me only reflected back the very insecurities and judgments you held. I know you likely assumed things about me in that moment—things that had nothing to do with who I truly am or what I was going through. What you didn’t see was that I was experiencing a profound spiritual awakening and navigating a dark night of the soul. Instead, you judged the surface of what you saw, and that judgment revealed more about your alignment than mine. Even now, your response to my review dismisses my claims entirely, calling them “false” instead of addressing them with the integrity and accountability that this situation requires. And let’s not forget, when I texted you regarding the alleged fight between two of your staff members that resulted in police involvement, you chose to ignore it. Your silence then speaks just as loudly as your dismissal now. Let me be clear: I will not be contacting you directly. I’ve brought this to a public platform, where it will remain. This is not about pettiness or ego; it’s about accountability and ensuring others are aware of how you handle concerns. I hope this serves as a moment of introspection for you. Everything we experience has a purpose, and I believe this situation is presenting you with an opportunity to reflect and realign with honesty, integrity, and accountability. Growth begins with acknowledging where we’ve gone wrong and choosing to do better moving forward. Respectfully, With love and Light, CRYSTAL J GORDON

  • I am appalled by the egregious unprofessionalism displayed by Kim, the director of this daycare. As a hardworking mother, a college student pursuing my Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW), and a dedicated USPS employee for the past nine years, I was shocked to be falsely labeled as a drug addict. Such baseless accusations not only attack my character but also reflect Kim’s blatant lack of integrity and professionalism. It’s clear that Kim operates from her shadow ego, allowing personal biases and insecurities to drive her interactions. This behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially for someone entrusted with the care of children. Her actions are not only damaging but also deeply unethical. I strongly caution other parents to reconsider entrusting their children to someone who exhibits such poor judgment and a complete disregard for basic respect and professionalism.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY at the time the record was published. Does EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY accept child care subsidy?

Yes. EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects EARLY FOUNDATIONS LEARNING ACADEMY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
