My son has been here for 10 months, I honestly can’t believe how much he has learned. Staff are the best. I was also worried about him getting sick but he has never had anything more than a cold and cough. No reported falls, no scratches nor bruises. I am very satisfied with the service we receive.
Tonia AmbangAug 31, 2024This daycare is absolutely wonderful!! The staff is professional and very friendly. My grandson has improved in his social and learning development. I go to work with a peace of mind.
Celeen HallFeb 29, 2024First Care has a Healthy environment, great education, loving atmosphere, dedication and family centered! My child has attended for 3 years (infancy to 3) and I've had a great experience working with each staff in supporting my child and keeping their best interest at heart. My child has always been kept in great care and has learned so much! First care has supported my childs development and helped get over some tough milestones whenever any came about. Highly recommended facility ! 10/10
Joseph AllenNov 6, 2023I was looking for a daycare center for my 2 year old and I came upon this one. The location was close by, in my experience I have only experienced good things. I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I met with the staff and the owners and I felt comfortable. My child has attended for 6 Months and has developed so much already! Prior to enrollment my child was on they shy side and had a hard time with communication. Now she talks non stop ! Lol and her independency has grown tremendously! In my experience I have a great appreciation to the daycare for their help with my little 🥰.
T TSep 21, 2023They've taken great care of my kids throughout the years! According to my wife, who visits daycares throughout the Pittsburgh region, First Care is the best affordable daycare she's ever been to.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.
Does this page show inspection results for FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects FIRST CARE DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
