  • This daycare sucks! They are constantly closing classrooms due to staffing issues or having to close early. The only thing we get is “Sorry for the inconvenience” Yet still have to pay an overpriced tuition for services we’re not even receiving. Management doesn’t reply to emails in a timely manner even though there are TWO of them in office. Staff is RUDE. Everyone needs to be fired and hire REAL workers who actually care about the children. It’s ridiculous how many issues I’ve had with this daycare. I’m at risk of losing my job because they can’t seem to find workers for the classroom, it’s not my fault management can’t come up with something to accommodate the parents like they should! Highly do not recommend and i will be taking my child out as soon as possible. Please consider ANY other daycare.

  • My son has grown a lot academically while attending Grace. He had a great team of teachers! I will miss them when he goes to kindergarten.

Questions parents ask about GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER

Is GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100126785-0013, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Lancaster County. The current certificate runs to July 17, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 7, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
