My family has been part of Grace Neighborhood Academy since my children were just 3 months old, and I can honestly say that our experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the infant room all the way through Pre-K, the care, love, and dedication shown by the staff have made a tremendous impact on my children’s growth and development. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment, and Grace Neighborhood Academy has consistently provided exactly that. The teachers are caring, relatable, and always easy to communicate with. They genuinely take the time to build relationships with both the children and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive. I would especially like to recognize Ms. T, Ms. Aida, and Mrs. Dass for their patience, kindness, and dedication to the children. Their commitment to helping each child learn, grow, and feel loved is truly remarkable. The positive impact they have had on my children and our family will never be forgotten. I would also like to give special thanks to Ms. Rios, whose leadership and passion for the academy are evident in everything she does. She is approachable, supportive, and deeply committed to ensuring that every child receives excellent care and a quality education. The education my children received in Pre-K helped prepare them for the next stage of their academic journey, while the nurturing environment in the infant room gave me peace of mind as a working parent. Knowing my children were loved, cared for, and encouraged every day meant everything to me. Grace Neighborhood Academy has truly been an extension of our family. I am incredibly grateful for the years of support, education, and care they have provided. If you are looking for a school where your child will be safe, loved, challenged, and valued, I highly recommend Grace Neighborhood Academy.

Questions parents ask about GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY
Is GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY holds Pennsylvania certificate 100648206-0003, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to January 11, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 15, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects GRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ACADEMY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
