  • We have been here with our 2 boys over a year, it is such a special community! All the guides know our boys and celebrate their milestones with us. They offer convenient add ons for activities or hot lunches that are optional and do a wonderful job of creating community! We love it here!

  • My daughter started at Guidepost Montessori about 5 weeks ago and it has been a wonderful experience! All the teachers and support staff have been so caring and know her name. My daughter gets a well-rounded education including yoga lessons and life skills. She especially loves the fish tank, the pet frog, and the newly hatched baby chicks in the lobby!

  • This place buries 1-star reviews, which is why the rating is so high. Do NOT send your child here. They will have their lunches policed and withheld (even with doctor's notes and months of complaints), they overwork their teachers to the bone and then wonder why the children are getting screamed at and overlooked. Especially avoid this place if you have neurodivergent kids - they will not be given "special treatment" i.e. redirected to more constructed behavior, a basic skill that every teacher should know.

  • If you’re thinking about enrolling your little one at Guidepost in North Wales — THIS IS YOUR SIGN!! Like any parent, I had a very hard time taking the plunge and enrolling my child in daycare. Trusting people you don’t know to love and care for your baby can feel terrifying. But I can say with the utmost confidence that Guidepost doesn’t just care for my child — they truly enrich her life. Every morning when I drop her off, it feels like I’m leaving her with family. Truly, like I’m dropping her off with her favorite aunts. The staff leads with so much kindness, patience, and genuine love, and they have no idea how much easier that makes leaving your child each day. Guidepost isn’t just a school — it’s a community. The leadership team does an incredible job encouraging families to bring their own cultures and traditions to the table and share them with one another. Each month they plan thoughtful, fun events that allow parents, teachers, and children to connect. It creates a beautiful sense of belonging that you can truly feel. And on top of all of that, I cannot express enough how much my child has grown since attending Guidepost. Her speech, motor skills, independence — even her love for cleaning — have flourished. I can’t get her to stop cleaning at home! Her confidence has grown so much, and I can see how proud she is of herself every single day. I feel incredibly blessed and honored to be a part of the Guidepost at North Wales community. Choosing this school was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family! ❤️

  • Parents beware: Do not send your children here. I am hesitant to write this review for fear of retribution but certainly wouldn't want any parent to experience what we've gone through because of this school. They have already demonstrated vengeful behavior and I come bearing receipts. I will provide full detailed background soon. If you are a parent considering sending your child here feel free to call me in the meantime.

  • I’ve been a Guidepost mom for five years across three different states, and the school’s core beliefs are what keep bringing me back with each of my children. I’m so grateful for everything they do, they’re always attentive, proactive, and open to working with any additional support my son needs in the classroom. While my son can’t fully express how he feels about the school, I know in my heart that he is deeply loved and cared for. The fact that he has affectionately started calling one of the Guides “Titi” (Aunt) says it all.

Yes. GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES holds Pennsylvania certificate 104112750-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Montgomery County. The current certificate runs to September 20, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on July 5, 2023. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does this page show inspection results for GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects GUIDEPOST MONTESSORI AT NORTH WALES's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
