Nice facility, pleasant employees, great classes and good equipment.
Grant JardineJan 13, 2026It used to be decent but a lot changed. The place isn’t very clean and the classes are overcrowded. They have this one teacher that looks like she needs a good shower and a toothbrush. It’s disgusting. I don’t know why their standards slipped so much but it’s probably due to money. People can’t afford to buy gym memberships which means they can’t pay good people. I heard that a lot of people switched over to the YMCA as they have higher standards. Hanover Township is such a nice area, it’s a shame they let the community center get so bad.
PaigeJan 4, 2026I was there to discgolf a round while hiking the landscape of the coarse with some areas open but elevated for wind to come into play. It was well maintenanced and treated with care.
Marcel MichardJul 24, 2025The park is good shape. There is a short winding trail, dog park, slides, swings, tennis court outside. The inside requires membership but bathrooms are available. The outside pool has been broken and now is being rebuilt (2023).
Really UsefulAug 14, 2023Best beginner Disc Golf course in the Lehigh Valley, hands down. The fairways are wide and you can learn a lot about your discs throwing here.
A Mack ClassicJun 14, 2022I love coming here with the kids and dogs. Plenty of room to run around. You can play different sports from basketball to tennis. The dog park is a good size. There's a picnic area. Haven't been inside yet or the pool. I'll update when I do. But great place for gathering and family fun.

Questions parents ask about HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER
Is HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100383960-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Northampton County. The current certificate runs to October 30, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 4, 2023. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 14.
Does this page show inspection results for HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects HANOVER TWP COMMUNITY CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
