  • Staff is ruled very nasty unorganized unprofessional when you have a concern they don't take it in consideration

  • Feel safe bringing my child here and he likes going. Great teachers. Was recommended by my sister, who kids attended here.

  • All my kids go here since infant age and we have all shared great experiences. The staff communicates well and will call you for even if they have a little cut or accident . (But if you know your child bad don’t act like you don’t know ) so far no bad behaviors seen that a lil time out won’t fix. Your kid will be cool. Small child classes, and are open early and little closure except for holidays. (Because I got to get to work) Teachers are great , (they staffed up now that them ppa money stopped ppl coming to work)and responsive to feedback and advice.from parents. (Oh and the teachers aren’t young girls ,cause I can’t get with that) All staff hands in, you will see assist director be a teacher and the director step in because they all work together as a team. It’s not perfect but neither are you (no lie told). Kids are fed, changed and interacted. Things happen, ya kid may get hit by another kid but aye that will happen.(keep it funky) It Always room for improvement and they are on it and that’s on Mary had a little lamb.

Questions parents ask about HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER

Is HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 101505914-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to May 2, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 10, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects HOPE RISING CHILD LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
