The supervisor and director don't know much about interventions for kids with special needs. Always understaffed and unprofessional at times. Parents aren't allowed to go into the classrooms to see what happens during classes.

Questions parents ask about Infant Development Program
Is Infant Development Program a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. Infant Development Program holds Pennsylvania certificate 100004380-0005, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Clinton County. The current certificate runs to February 24, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is Infant Development Program's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates Infant Development Program STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 11, 2020. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against Infant Development Program?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against Infant Development Program at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does Infant Development Program accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. Infant Development Program holds a subsidy agreement with the state. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 7.
Does this page show inspection results for Infant Development Program?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects Infant Development Program's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
