  • I’ve been taking my daughter to Inspire for the last year and the experience has been better than I could have imagined! As a new mom I was terrified to drop her off that first week, but the staff were understanding and accommodating. I love the daily updates, the amazing staff, the safe and clean environment and the creativity and love that goes in to their curriculum!

  • We have been at Inspire for around 2 years with our children. We have had a few bumps in the road, but we've been able to overcome them through open communication. Each time that I have brought a concern to Lucy (center director) it has been heard and responded to in a kind and effective way. My children have learned so much in their time there. I'm so impressed by my preschooler's ability to write their name, their friends' names... even "I love you". We receive updates regularly throughout the day, which helps ease my mind. In a time where child care costs continue to rise, I am thankful that they have tried to keep care as affordable as possible while also striving for a quality program. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided. I have a child with a dairy allergy and they have accommodated that. If you can look past the lack of aesthetics and focus on the learning that happens within the classroom, you will find that there are good humans working here. We've seen a lot of teachers come and go, which sadly is the nature of childcare. However, the teachers that are currently there have been there for quite some time and I do feel comfortable with them. Being someone who does not easily hand off care of her children, it takes a lot for me to say that.

  • My two kiddos have attended Inspire for a little over two years. We will continue to use them for before and after school care, they provide transportation. The staff is very communicative, friendly, and happy to answer any questions or concerns.

  • The director is very Flexible to meet and letting us(parents) share what works best for our child. There is open communication at this center and fun planned family events. Also my child is thriving mentally and educationally.

Questions parents ask about INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION

Is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds Pennsylvania certificate 104094536-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Lebanon County. The current certificate runs to May 31, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 2, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION accept child care subsidy?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 9.

Does this page show inspection results for INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
